hit F10 as soon as you boot it up and it should restore everything to factory settings. :) ( I think, that is how it is on my 7 year old HP Pavillion a445c and my cousins new HP Laptop)
Who would put windows XP on a DV6000. DV6000's rock. They are awesome. I am getting one with windows VISTA. It's going to be so cool. I can't wait until I get rid of my Acer Aspire one.
