  • The Courts need to step up to the plate and strike down this Obamacare bill in its entirety. Enough of trampling the constitution by this Obama clown. What a disgrace he is.

  • @TropikalWaves We must be encouraged by the steps being taken- but yes, seeing these politicians for what they really are is a painful awakening and quite a shock to those who've been faithful to them as opposed to those who've been apathetic and unobservant. Either way its time for Americans to wake up and act.

Our duty as 'We the People' is to force strict limits on government. We need to realize our failures first. :-/

  • right *

  • Obama signed a Bill that is unconstitutional WTF ! I'm ordering my Impeach Obama bumper sticker . . . : - /

  • @Moxie1948 Put it right next to your impeach Bush so folks know! it's NOT about party its about restoring limited federal gov.

  • I like how nothing this lady is saying is true, and she talks about seniors...they already are under socialized, universal health care and it works great for them.

  • @jebenn23 Such idiocy really concerns me for the future of this country. The former comptroller general of the united States GAO, a Mr. David Walker, lectured widely in 07-08 from coast to coast that social security, medicaid and medicare were BANKRUPT. You trying say 'truth is a lie' and that seniors are in an existing system that works great is hopelessly stupid and foolish or you're a LIAR.

    ...'works great for them'. RIGHT!

  • @anyusmoon1

This is only because we give tax breaks and loopholes to the billionaires and millionaires, we continue to fight expensive wars that we need to stop, and we let medical care costs sky rocket due to greed and incompetence.

  • @jebenn23 Would it surprise you to learn that I have no argument with what you're saying but hear this... What you've described is FASCISM, not capitalism as you probably tend to believe or say. The tax breaks should go away because all fed income tax should go away. The expensive wars must go away and along with all foreign entitlements. Corporate welfare (entitlements) must go away and gov returned to its strictly limited roll of protecting individual/state freedoms.

  • @anyusmoon1 Everything described in this portion of the thread is constitutional and must be strictly reinforced before we completely destroy America and turn it into the USSR/Russia failed experiment.

  • @anyusmoon1

The United States will not be able to attract foreigners to come here and stay if we don't have solid infrastructure, good education and good healthcare for its citizens. America has to compete with every country in the world for business. If I can set up a business in Norway, where education and healthcare are free I will do that instead of paying $20,000 a year per employee premiums in the US. Stop whing about the constitution and realize we are falling behind.

  • @jebenn23 Who's whining? I think you are the one whining for government hand outs. Attract foreigners? Compete with every country for business? WHO NEEDS ANY OF THOSE THINGS AND WHERE IS IT THAT YOU THINK WE'RE OBLIGATED FOR SUCH?

Get thee behind me! If you're truly an American, I don't believe you are, you are sadly misled and/or under-educated on the rule of law thus are not equipped to discuss this matter.

  • @anyusmoon1

Are you serious? America has done so well because of the people we have had immigrate here. Whether its people from Europe or Asia or Africa, or south of the border, opening up to the world and having the best and brightest from the world move here is what made America great. Less and less foreigners want to move here because good education and healthcare is out of reach. I think you are not equipped to discuss this.

  • @jebenn23 It's foreigners like you who've brought America to her knees voting wrongly because you have no sense of what our form of government is or the intent of law means. Stay away, please!

We are NOT beHOLDen to you! Despite what your commie Chinese handlers are pumping into your vlog troll instruction manual.

  • @jebenn23 The best and brightest do not immigrate here, the oppressed and starving immigrate here, Mexicans, Chinese, Phillipines, etc., the best and brightest come here use the education system and many go back to their original countries, research it. I also will argue that if you have not read the entire healthcare bill you are the one who is not equipped to speak about it. Your comments hold no value because you do not cite any evidence facts or research.

  • @jebenn23 btw, less and less foreigners move here because of the caps on immigration, not lack of healthcare & education, while your educating yourself on who immigrates here and reading the entire healthcare bill you can look into that too. I will be looking forward to your reply when you have some basic facts to back up your assertions.

  • @700eyesonly007 And the 'less than' 'best and brightest' come here BECAUSE of hand-outs! As opposed to the way it used to be when people came here for freedom to prosper, or fail, both are great teachers and motivators. THAT is the TRUE American motivation!

It's creepy to have these obvious infiltrators aka infilTRAITORS post in broken english about how bad America is and demand MORE of the very thing that is ruining us. Crazy!

  • @jebenn23 The people who immigrated to the united States, back when the u.s. was a free, constitutional republic came here for FREEDOM which meant FREEDOM TO LIVE AND PROSPER THROUGH TAKING RISK AND ACCEPTING THE COMPLETE FAILURE OR THE REWARD OF SUCCESS.

NOT FREE HAND OUTS OF ANY KIND!!! In FACT life was HARDER for the immigrant who had to merge himself into a new culture because BACK THEN America was AMERICA not divergent b.s. with multi-cult-ur-alism! LOOK IT UP!

  • @jebenn23 Oh and P.S. please, GO TO NORWAY! thank you!

  • was this filmed in 1924?

  • @brendanwm814 When were all of your videos filmed TROLL!?

  • Firstly, consider that throughout the history of mankind, more people have died at the hands of their own governments than from any other source

Secondly, consider that our rulers murdered 3000 persons on 9/11

Thirdly, consider that this Marxist usurpation of power gives the rulers control over the medical processes which, for the people, determine matters between life & death

Fourthly, consider that Marxism has, from the beginning, been a facade for Satanism

  • @Chuichupachichi Exactly!

  • is this a joke? You are just a distorted mouthpiece.............a very dishonest one at that.

  • @crowcopper Really, which part of the 6:51 minutes is 'distortion', or something you don't understand or that you don't disagree with? What part of this isn't SERIOUS? Rather than spewing invective and casting aspersions how about cranking up that webcam of yours and applying yourself to making a reply video with actual CONTENT and engage intelligently?

Oh that's right- since 2006 you have ZERO uploads. And your comments offer similar value.

  • is this a joke?

  • @crowcopper Are all of your uploads and commentary a JOKE!? Oh... I see you have none and nothing of substance, TROLL.

  • Great news! Repeal this idiotic bill so we can move on to more important issues - like protecting the borders and rounding up all illegals!

  • @hellotommy :-) Do you think SCOTUS will uphold?

  • @anyusmoon1 Well, I hope so. I think it will be a typical 5-4 decision that the O activists on the SCOTUS will show their true colors. It's up to Judge Kennedy the swing vote. I hope Kennedy sides with his conservative colleagues. The media is playing down the ruling but it's a bullet in the heart of one of zerocare core components. Obama will have to persuade at least one of the five Republican-appointed justices that in recent years has limited Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce.

  • @hellotommy I find it hard to even accept this whole scenario and suffer the process of review and 'decision'. I for one am fed up with SCOTUS (eminent domain issue tore it for me) they are blow hard politicists with wayyyyy too much power and the only check and balances are by appointments and deaths. Its disgusting. I'm for J.A.I.L.4Judges

Anyway, why is it the borders mean nothing for these goons but searching our naked bodies is? PLEEEEEEEEEEASE explain this to me?

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO.

This is extremely serious, and I want to commend you for your activism. Sometimes the message just HAS TO get out, and you did what needed to be done, and for that we are thankful : )

  • I appreciate your opinion and comments. BUT I choose to read and compare and create my own opinion and not have others make them for me. tthe health care bill will not be completely overturned but it will be changed many times before it is finally settled on. Just like social security and medicare etc.

  • OK OK HAVE IT YOUR WAY.

  • @swbtmis I know the constitution ma'am, have you? Why read any bills at all regardless how long and complicated they are if you don't know from the get go if they the power exists to implement any of it/them?

And if you have in fact read the entire bill as you claim, it should be clear to you, as it is/was to me having read many portions of the draft cited in this video, that it nor the one passed are constitutional!

  • @anyusmoon1

There has been no major changes in our laws where it hasn't taken time, and fighting to work evrerything out to be the best we can do. The Health Care bill is no different. It will be fought over for decades until the best is there.

AND I still prefer to read and judge for myself rather than allowing people to tell ME how to think.

  • @anyusmoon1

as far as socialism, all developed countries are now Social/Capitalist countries. That process works better than true capitalism and true socialism. We already have lots of socialism. The military, police forces, fire dept, schools, retirement, medicare, taxes, roads etc. Every government employee is 'socialized'. Paying for employee heath care from BUSINESS is socialism. that cost is passed on to ewveryone buying their product. Using the socialism comments proves nothing.

  • Comment removed

  • Intelligent discourse is NOT a waste its the only way to stop the lies and restore lawful government.

You might have to admit that you yourself would prefer socialism, ie a form of government repugnant to the constitution and one where bills passed are NOT LAWFUL.

If you WANT socialism just be honest about it and abolish the constitution. At least be forthright about it rather than screw around with all this petty finger pointing. cuz at this point you have four fingers pointing back at you.

  • @swbtmis When's the last time YOU READ anything 3500 pages long? Are you telling me that you've read this B.S. BILL? I don't mean to call you a liar but... nearly every paragraph of the 3500 plus pages of the bill also reference other parts of the U.S. Code(s) which quadruples the reading (FOR TRUE SEARCH OF TRUTH AND FACTS).

16,000 IRS agents have been added to the fed employment rolls just for this piece of $hit legislation. The IRS code alone is out of control. Have you read Title 26?

  • Comment removed

  • @swbtmis It a whole lot bigger than agreeing to disagree... it's whether or not we have lawful gov upholding law or making crap up as they go. Because 51% want to rob 49% doesn't mean its going to happen, at least not in a constitutional republic!!!

It does in a democracy which is why the founding fathers abhorred them &intentionally made a const'l republic. That way the written law, not men, rule! When law is 3500 pages, not including 1000 references 2 other code, and passed UNREAD is B.S.!

  • @swbtmis I know am calling you a liar! I have read much of the version this video is about and it is NOT EASY READING.

Just do ONE VIDEO showing 10 minutes worth of various pages of the 3500 pages in the bill and discuss them point by point. U DO IT! I defy you to convince anyone that piece of diabolical crap is EASY READING and EASY TO UNDERSTAND. Don't forget every section of the united states code where paragraphs and sentences are changed accordingly.

  • @anyusmoon1 I like how you handle your trolls. LOL. I am going to sub based on that one aspect alone (really for this vid!) but I look forward to watching more of your vids and hearing more of your opinions based on your experiences and to hear your truths. I see your righteousness.

  • @MrDuffy81 LOL you're really making me chuckle out loud and ya know what? It feels pretty good cuz lately there hasn't been much to laugh about. The TSA thing really tore it for me- the indignity of it is just so tragic. I didn't think it could get any worse than the IRS scouring my medical records to allow/disallow deductions, meds and who knows what else; but wow, gov't managed to top itself in the Disgusting Dept! 12.00 an hour slugs to feel me up or look at my naked body. >:-(

  • @anyusmoon1 I make myself chuckle out loud better than anyone I know! Glad I could give u a laugh : )

  • @swbtmis Uhm you mean the facts like Nancy Pelosi suggesting 'just pass the bill THEN read what's in it'? You mean THOSE FACTS? The monstrosity is nearly 3000 pages and the most anti-privacy, anti-freedom, anti-American thing since the other bailouts from boosh and owebama alike.

  • @swbtmis Where in the video or anything posted on my channel promotes or plays to a 'republican' vs 'democrat' paradigm? This healthcare bill is unconstitutional and that is the point. Nothing about it has to do with bi-party bickering. Both parties are repugnant to me these days and if the recent turnover does't produce a repeal of the bills the country will be doomed.

  • Comment removed

  • @swbtmis Where's the outrage? Good question! OWEBAMA was outraged about the Iraq War, Nancy Pelosi was outraged at bailing out AIG but both now want to expand both! Iraq turned into/added Afghanistan, AIG insurance bailout tactics are now being applied 1000X's more egregiously in the healthcare fiasco which is nothing more than insurance bailout / fascist profiteering.

Sounds like you oughtta wake up to the same thing you attempt to point your finger at me for!

  • Comment removed

  • @swbtmis I was calling Boosh and IDIOT! How about looking at my videos before mouthing off.

My party? You don't know squat about me! and you're not 'sorry' you're placating and mollifying in an attempt to add sugar to your poison. The hypocrisy of folks like you is what is going to ruin true independent thought and to restore the constitutional republic.

  • Comment removed

  • @swbtmis AGAIN- to point out a line item vs addressing whether the bill is even CONSTITUTIONAL is ridiculous. Why talk about what the republican claims line p, q, r and s mean vs what a democrats says they mean when the entire PREMISE A-Z is even within their jurisdiction and THEN!!!! WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR IT!!!!!!

I'm so FRICKING SICK of pip squeeks arguing about dots and dashes as though that is the real deal. The problem is much greater than the smoke screens being thrown out.

  • Comment removed

  • @swbtmis You're delusional. I appreciate you're wanting this to be simple but the fact is it is SO complicated that NO ONE CAN GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT. It is DESIGNED that way. Don't try and tell conservatives on this page to 'go look up stuff' when the crap you're peddling is just that CRAP. tiny snippet bits of hand picked sentences to obfuscate and to placate.

You haven't done the research you're demanding others do! Go read the bill yourself then make a YOUTUBE video of it yourself.

  • hmmmmm it seems I can not get to any 1 of ur links.. Did they do something to them? SidewinderFF

  • @Hawklynn you have to copy them, replace the word (dot) with an actual period and paste the corrected URL in your browser window. Gurgle doesn't allow, last I checked, live links in sidebars.

thank you so much for watching and taking the time to go the extra mile to comment and read further. :-) it's encouraging.

We MUST repeal this horrible bill.

  • I agree with you about giving up our rights and the violations to the constitution. but I think you are completely wrong about making associations to the far left. anarchism is closer to libertarianism than you dare to imagine since your holding on to christian morality with both fists. i can tell you that the people dont like being exploited by powerful and rich control freaks. stop demonizing and start recognizing that power corrupts

  • @Mezocosm Who are you talking to? I never buy into the right /left paradigm dribble- its a complete fabrication. What we're dealing with here is fascism and socialism usurping the constitutional republic.

Don't get me wrong, a line in the sand will be drawn- Those who want the republic dashed will be on one side, I'll be on the other.

  • Anyus, great video! Thanks for your scholarship and care for our republic. Hey, it looks like you need a new camera... :-)

  • @PatsBlog I needed a whole lot more than a new camera which explains the filters! HA! :-)

  • Incredible! You know, after the vote I called my rep in Congress (Bobby Scott, D-VA). HIS OFFICE WOULDN'T EVEN TELL ME HOW HE VOTED! I asked, "This is the biggest thing in the news right now. Are you telling me you guys don't know how he voted?" The secretary told me, "No, we know, we've just been told not to tell anyone who calls. You can call his DC office for the answer." Of course, he voted FOR it. I guess if I'd voted for it I wouldn't want to tell my constituents either.

  • @PatsBlog Yep typical, liars and plunderers the whole bunch. If they call for prayers, support, $ (as the republican party is now doing) shall we tell them to call the "hotline" "down THERE" for an answer? That is where the good money can be had for very little.

  • The Constitution was completely scrapped a long time ago. The masses have been brain washed into believing that this is good. We are completely fucked.

  • :-(

  • @anyusmoon1 "a peaceful legislative remedy"? May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen

  • @cunnidvd 'Men' is the operative word, do you understand?

  • OBAMA IS A BIGGER LIAR THAN BUSH

HE FUCKED UP THIS COUNTRY IN 2 YEARS MORE BADLY THAN GEORGE BUSH IN 8 YEARS

  • @chuy655 Why are we still seeing Barack Obama bumper stickers on cars? I don't understand it... How long can you use your predecessor as an excuse for your failure. I don't see a lot of "change" unless you regard change as being a massive promotion and continuation of the previous policies.... BTW, How can you tell when a lawyer is lying? His lips are moving... :-) Bush definitely lied to the people, but to REALLY lie to the people, you need a lawyer...

  • @PatsBlog FISA, Patriot Act 1 and 2, Amnesty, Iraq/Afghanistan, Bailout/Stimulus, No child left behind, Medicaid.

;0) I thought all those BHO bumpers stickers got crushed along with the clunkers (for cash) :-/

  • "Socialism is based on the arrogant assumption that there are a few (elected or in power by force) who are uniquely suited to decide all issues of life."

We germans have a similar law which almost destroyed my life since I chose not to have health insurance, this is exactly what Fabians like Bernard Shaw talked about who want "world socialism", no wonder the same guys also want your firearms! We europeans are lost tbh, I hope you americans will resist this drive for global socialism. Take care.

  • @muffl556 Your quote is very interesting. Notice how the quote refers to Socialism as being represented by 'a few'? This is in fact an Oligarchy and I suspect the purist Socialist would be aghast at this reference but either way... our key problem in the U.S. is the electorate are too ignorant to understand the unique nature of the constitutional republic protecting ONE from a 'majority'. And if coincidentally the majority want the same thing they too are protected against a single vote.

  • @muffl556 Health Care Bill is completely outside the jurisdiction of the Fed. Whether the states have the TESTICULAR FORTITUDE to battle it, when they ordinarily act like a bunch of spoiled momma's boys suck'n the tit of the fed for 'free' (ha! free!), is another question.

I suspect they're still crapping their pants that the thing passed when they probably thought their usual incrementalist chipping away at freedom would take it's usual time. I certainly was shocked that it passed. :-(

  • Excellent video. Beyond a doubt the Health Care Act is the ultimate backstage pass for the government. In their arrogance they have failed to see that things like "End of Life Counseling", abortion, eugenics and genetic life counseling are things that many, many American cannot support for reasons of faith. Once it is understood that tax revenue is being used to fund these types of programs then the train will come well and truly off the track... They have undone us without even knowing it.

  • @Hiberniason If the humanist agenda isn't bad enough how about adding penalties such as steep fines and PRISON for 'non-compliance violations? The entire thing was promulgated for benefit of: 1) giving health care providers/hmo's their own TEAT off the FEDERAL COW; 2) Total control over citizens lives AND their bank accounts; 3) IRS branch of oversight and connectivity. ARGH! and Bloomberg (N.Y.C. Mayor) 'guesses' the NYC bomber was disgruntled 'loon' mad about heathcare reform :-( omgosh :-((

  • I'm posting a complete video series on the new health care bill. I hope you check it out.

  • it was a joke from the start. and it's sad. Scott (BUG) great vid.

  • @believersunderground What a terrific honor to have you stop by and comment Scott(BUG) tyvm. Yes, it (the health care scam) was and remains the deceit of the century. The comments here of late have been a true test of patience and love

(on which I've not scored highly) :-( very sad indeed.

  • Hi, this is great but you should redo it and film it in better quality and just make the statements and quote Mr. Connoly, it is true what you say but if you do it with a better quality video it will communicate better. Great job on doing it in the first place! I read that email!

  • @deannashm true, I could have done a whole lot of things including brushed my hair, straightened out my shirt and an entire list of if-i-gave-a-crap about anything but freedom and stopping government things-to-do :-) My concern at the time was merely to get the email I had received out on Youtube and had no idea it would get over 25K hits. Tragic- how much WORSE the bill actually got between the upload and passage :-(.

  • @deannashm Well I'm glad you posted it!! Obviously people want to know what the fricking Govt is doing! Obama is really pushing to kill our constitution as fast as he can, though I'm sure Bush set him up beautifully to do so with the homeland security hoax, it's time the people wake up before it really is too late!

  • @deannashm Amein to that! I don't know how many comments, posts, vids, msgs, emails, texts, calls, visits and other means of communicating my angst, over the futility of this bogus 2-party system, but attest that it's an enormous figure.

  • @jay123jd Add and subtract this.

  • Even pea-brained pundits CNBC know stocks markets discount & look forward 6-12 months. With Obama blaming insurance co 4 everything wrong in healthcare & declaring an end 2 their reign of terror, u would think their stocks would reflect a miserable future. DOW charts show the five biggest insurance co in the country r dancing in aisles of Congress over the plan. Stocks doubled while Obama declares sticking it to them. Considering insurance & drug co lobbyists wrote the bill, maybe Obama lying?

  • @anyusmoon1 Thanks to the republicans we had to go with the light version, otherwise insurances wont be laughing now. How you manage to turn everything around and blame Obama?...LOL

  • @rollinmg Nothing about me, my vlog nor my intentions blames one party or the other, they are BOTH FLAGRANTLY wrong. You can wish, hope and dream for socialism all you want and if the constitution is abolish you can have your way. Until that time any suggestion or it, in any form, whether pure, bastardized, called marxism, lenninism, maoism, fascism, nationalism WHATEVER is unlawful.

  • Next, nothing about me, my vlog nor my intentions will EVER in a million years support government socialism or fascism (in any of its forms) as an improvement on any creative, prosperous, durable, beautiful, industrialized thing or endeavor. FREEDOM is the ONLY means to happiness, love, prosperity and most of all PEACE!

Study history and figure out which culture, government, society brought the inventive bright minds to fuller potential and you'll ALWAYS arrive at a free republic.

  • @anyusmoon1

I used France as an example because:

1-They are a republic and our allies.

2-France is one of the freest countries and ranked #1 on healthcare system.

Their constitution remains intact so I do not see how this bill is breaking ours and we can only hope to achieve the same or similar results they enjoy today.

I hope you dont suggest I move there, hopefully you are not one of those persons. I just want the best for my country and 37th is far from the best.

  • @rollinmg Sorry? Why are you using suggesting that 'their constitution remains intact' has anything to do with the recent healthcare bill-fiasco and our constitution?

You apparently need to learn about 'your country?' before suggesting anything about what's best for it. I don't mean that in a MEAN way, I am totally serious. OUr constitutional republic strictly limits powers of the fed. If you want 'better gov' perhaps your focus ought to be on local (state or muni) rather than fed.

  • Clearly you lack all understanding about the separation of powers from federal to state. The federal government has no lawful jurisdiction over the personal health care of any individual and SHOULDN'T. If you seriously believe that medical innovation sprang from a socialist system you are mistaken. Inventiveness and creativity are the by-products of a free society.

Freedom to fail is just as important (motivational) as success.

  • @anyusmoon1 Well is all in hands of the Supreme Court at this point will see if they find any violations, after all they are the ones constitutionally in charge of that power, right? Regarless of the outcome, that would be our law :)

  • @rollinmg Well, in fact... you're wrong, NO the Supreme Court is NOT 'constitutionally in charge of that power' and cannot make law from the bench and even their opinions / decisions can be reversed. But that is not the end of the matter- it can easily be defied by the States. The unfortunate part of the equation is, as it often is, a matter of federal reserve notes being printed out of thin air and thus used as unholy leverage over the states, 4 undo influence, outside of the will of the ppl.

  • what kind of camera is this

  • Why isnt this woman in the kitchen?

  • America is going down the drain. We where people in the beginning where fighting for our freedom and our fair rights. The american government is taking our rights away slowly. We will be back to where we first began when we where still under Britain's rule but instead, it will be our own government taking us our rights which this country was built upon. This country that we so proudly represent, will slowly and surly be brought down and ruined. Congrats American Government, You Have FAILED.

  • well have much respect 4-u..do not worry we are Getting ready too take OUR,..Country back and the D of INDEPENCE allows for such..there is no ..GRAY AREA..do not worry..Sarah Palin is next PRESIDENT OF U.S.A...hope the secret service and fbi are not bias'ed against thier own people...really then this would..be the END.

  • @trianglepoints I am sure your predictions will come to pass, just a surely as your last ones, LOL.

  • "Sarah Palin is next PRESIDENT OF U.S.A"

ROTFL!!!! HAHAHHAHAHAHAH. LOL. HAHAHA!!!!!!!! Ah, good one.

  • why dont they just give health care to people that want it, and then not give it to people who dont want it?

  • 'They' is gov who earns no money of its own work or ingenuity, they by force take from those who do work and are productive to give to those who don't.

Let's not ever confuse those who CAN't (true charity cases) with those who can but don't or won't.

Somewhere in your comment I see an effort to understand but it needs more clarity and decisiveness. We cannot be partly pregnant, we either accept socialism or we don't and just because we've settle before doesn't mean we can't stop it all, now.

  • @anyusmoon1 Boy republicon crybabies. Go live on the beach in a cardboard box and you will never have to fill out a tax form or pay taxes ever again. But it will cramp your style if you want the finer things in life. LOL

  • @jay123jd That about sums up the attitude of those who THINK they're free but hopelessly enslaved. Wishing destitution, or worse, on all that stand up for limited gov, We The People and their God-given rights; those who don't agree with you and the unlawful gov you support (and that supports you-or your guilty conscience- oh wait you don't have a conscience).

    '...like the boots...'

  • The thing is, they want to give the public option to those who want it, but those who don't take it will still be taxed for it.

  • Wrong. The public option would be paid by premiums.

  • Well said I gave 5 stars for this =)

  • Has anyone ever seen a post that said, "Yeah, I do not want anyone paying for my health insurance."

    I haven't!

  • I don't want anyone paying for my health insurance. I'm not entitled to anyones money and no one is entitled to mine. I don't want healthcare funded by the government, and also you know this bill gets to decide what healthcare you get- you don't get the choice. If they decide they don't like your healthcare, they can change it.

  • @Jpmiklo I don't want anyone to pay for my health insurance but that said, I'm not going to pay for anyones but mine, so that said, i may end up in prison where someone will be paying for my healthcare so...

  • I wouldnt mind someone paying for my health insurance. I think the health care bill would of not passed if people against it actually went against it.

Petty arguing and spewing out fear of it just makes people think them to be the village crazy person.

If you act crazy and rant about how something will ruin us all, people tend to not listen unless they too are also spewing the same stuff.

But since it passed the only thing to argue about now is "how will we make it work for us"

  • We have no say in "how it will work for us," the government has taken that choice away from us. They made it impossible to work for anyone but themselves. That's why the Dems voted against an amendment that would require them to join medicare, they're smart enough to know what crap it is... and know people were dumb enough to buy into this "free" healthcare lie. More like "forced" healthcare.

  • I'll probably be one cell over. Luckily, eventually i'll be so broke from the $750 fine (or 2.5% of my income), i'll be on the streets... Obama will be all too willing to help me when I refuse to help myself. I figure if I pop out a few kids out of wed-lock I can get some help from the government. Being responsible and middle class has not served me well.

  • @Jpmiklo We'd better learn Morse code, eh? Funny, hi-tech brought us together and may be dismantled because of it and lo-tech may be what reunites us.

  • So long as I don't have to pay for other peoples abortions with my tax dollars... or supply Viagra to convicted sex offenders (Pelosi probably sleeps like a baby at night)- i'll enjoy some morse code with a fellow prisoner.

  • Uhm not likely- if u, me and others knowledgeable in the constitution, rule of law and intent of law, common law, common sense and biblical principles are imprisoned it's a pretty sure bet that pelosi and those like her are winning.

Morse code at that point will be much more than a joy it will be a necessity. funny how socialism's decaying touch affects not only morals but technology.

  • Really? Taking 2.5% of your income would put you on the streets? Really?

  • @kubush No, but I have very little expendable income... so it would probably mean cutting down on ...food. I'm a college student... every penny I have is spent on rent and my car payment before I get it.

But, since the Dems like to give to the worthless, if I pop out a few kids and don't marry my bf, i'll get paid not to work, and get foodstamps for free food... probably throw some free college in there too. This is the system you advocate? Nice.

  • @Jpmiklo I'm in the same situation you are and thanks to the Dems I get financial aid to pay for food and books. If you don't earn that much you can qualify for medicaid. If your income is decent, you can still get subsidies. If you think "popping out a few" kids will make is easier then go for it but go talk to those that have kids and ask them how easy it is to attend school.

  • @kubush

My point is that being irresponsible seems to make you more suitable for government help.

I make 12k a yr at best, but because of my age I have to report their income. According to Fafsa, we're wealthy on 70k a year. My parents have 2 kids in college and 2 in 1st grade, somehow the government feels that they have 16k extra a year to pay for our academics. If I didn't have a job, I would get assistance. But, I'm trying to be responsible and avoid loans, so the gov doesn't help me out.

  • @Jpmiklo Parents income*

  • @Jpmiklo Thanks to the new medicare bill you can be covered under you parents insurance until your 26. And you may not qualify for FAFSA if your parents earn above the min. amount but your parents do get tax breaks/credits for you and any other dependents, hence, they should use that money to support you.

  • one thing i heared about the bill that I liked was that, well the origonal way if you got sick your insurance company could and often would take you off the insurance.

in the bill it no longer lets insurance copmanies do that.

The rest of the bill i dont know about. never read it thus I have no opinion on it.

now about the government stealing and lying...i find that..well, normal for them to do. I already know the government is full of douche bags. republican, democrat, and other.

  • @ImplodedToad Does anyone really believe that one single point of agreement can possibly justify 2700 pages of TYRANNY? Intrusion? And by IRS FREAKAZOIDS?

  • Im just saying that one part seems good, but I think it should of been done a long time ago. The whole bill itself I havent read it so I have no opinion on it really.

Lot of people act like it is pandora's box, and a lot of people act like it is a step in the right direction. I am in the group that looks at it, then sees what happens.

I'm usually nuetral when it comes to politics.

  • @ImplodedToad Well I think when something like this is being imposed in the manner it is being imposed, with a tremendous amount of opposition. It is everyones responsibility to read it for themselves before making an assumption, as it will effect every tax payer in the future. There are a few things in this bill that are needed. But it also has mandates, and lack of protection of the tax payer.

Also you have to ask if Congress has the authority according to the Constitution.

  • @CHardi1099 Speaking of which--- I contacted all my reps asking where is the constitutional authority; and much like Pelosi's ARROGANT and wretched haughtiness each and every one writes back that 'we're sorry to disagree... blah blah blah' and ZIP about answering the question.

they are IRRELEVANT. Now- The big news will be breaking any time... SOCIAL SECURITIES INSOLVANCY IS AT CRITICAL MASS- it is and will into foreseeable distance paying out more than it takes in.

  • so pretty much we as a nation has been destroyed? That the Constitutional rights we had enjoyed for so long are finally gone for in trade of heatlh care? and what paragraphs are you reading?

  • Well now that the bill passed, which I was nuetral about, all I can do is hope that it doesnt make things go bad.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst I say

Now if it does make things horrible, not sure what I'd do but I'm sure I would figure something out when the time comes. I usually do.

I'm sure though that we can get out of any mess that we get into. Now we are not as unified as before, but I think if things get really bad we will be again.

  • @tatomuck18 Social Security is something we (through title 26 subtitle C) PAY INTO VIA OUR PAYCHECKS! Yet, YET, gov you so trust has STOLEN therfrom. NEWSFLASH... Liar- it's not about PARTY but you go ahead and pretend this video or any i make is about party, YOU"RE WRONG AND A LIAR.

Next medicaid... IS A FAILURE and I NEVER SUPPORTED IT. LIAR!

Next- I have fought these issues for years, I'm not NEW to the, now growing, public concern for fed gov outgrowing its lawful limits.

  • Medicaid is not a failure by any measure. The biggest problem with it is fraud and that's simply because there will always be ppl that want to take advantage of the system.

  • @permisiontospeak History? You mean like all the other times that we passed bills to better our society while the GOP said that we we going to loose our freedom? That history? Our founders sought to create a country that was able to deal with various issues as they rose up. There is no need to fear. We are just as capable of making this work as any other country. Perhaps more so. Look up the word plutocracy. The vast majority of our citizens are not super wealthy. Yet, they believe in the USA.

  • Very good video. Thanks.

    peace while possible

    Dave

  • @freightmaster522 hey dave :-( yeah, while possible :-( things are looking very dismal.

  • The whole fact that this is all antithetical means the language is adjustable and free for interpretation.

We will be discussing this for years and years to come, I'm afraid. This is just the foundation. There is much more I fear that is going to be structured in this bill for times to come. I hope the next elected Congress can hold the oat by riding this bill on constitutional merits and save our country from a multifaceted collapse.

  • @CHardi1099 I am not hopeful. There is nothing good about the bill and to revisit 2700 pages to whittle it down to

    1) denying coverage or existing conditions is unlawful.

    2) charging any more than 28% premium (or some such) for pre-existing conditions in hereby imposed.

    3) a cap on any tort/claim of 5 million for disfigurement and 10 million for death is hereby imposed.

  • Why it could have been THAT simple but rather became 2700 pages It's too hard to fathom. Why 2700 pages ??? I've read approximately 1/3 of them and it is truly sickening. control over electronic funds transfers, bank accounts, employ/employer data, national id, probably rfid chip with all data, abortions, death consultation, it's a macabre document with ZERO respect for freedom, choice, privacy etc.

  • Also If we are limited to only what the state can afford to provide as Health Care, doesn't that violate anti-trust laws?

  • @CHardi1099 I honestly don't know... the whole thing is antithetical to freedom, reason, logic, historical precedent, privacy, economics, hypocratic oaths, constitutional oaths, financial privacy and autonomy, debtors prisons etc.

  • @jackiemickie I tried to respond to your comment but this college comp really sucks. Anyway, I agree with you about the mandate. I don't like it one bit either. But people tend to forget that the government provides all types of services that we take for granted everyday. Police and fire depts. Roads and public transportation etc. I don't like "BIG" gov. either. But I don't like insurance companies that virtually steal our money and try everything they can to keep it even more. "UNAMERICAN"??

  • @playfyte ARGH! IT'S STUPIDITY LIKE THIS THAT MAKES ME FEEL TRULY HOPELESS.

Police, fire and schools are NOT FUNDED BY FEDERAL GOV!!!! They are to be funded by county taxes, municipal taxes and the like.

You're suggesting that FEDERAL GOV taking over health care is anything like those other areas is STUPID! you are brainwashed and totally being misled.

We must RESTORE the proper LIMITED role of fed gov and strengthen LOCAL gov and WE THE PEOPLE.

  • @anyusmoon1 Who said that they are funded by the fed gov.? I was just giving an example of gov. providing services. That is one of the reasons we have government. To take care of the needs of a society that individuals can't. Again my main support for this bill is strictly focused on the need to bring the insurance companies in line with the needs of the people they are supposed to help. We can't just let them to keep getting richer with other people's money while they deny their responsibility.

  • @playfyte You're a FOOL The insurance companies WROTE THE BLOODY BILL! When are you going to get it through your thick skull the very fascism you despise (rightly so) but continue to MISTAKE for capitalism and free-markets CAUSED THE MeDICAID AND MEDICARE CRISIS, CAUSED THE INSURANCE MALFEASANCE. Gov IS NOT doing the right thing, the good thing, and yet you are now suggesting we give them more power!

ARGH! I would rather pull my fingernails out with pliers than talk with such fools.

  • @playfyte Ok, Ok, I need to calm down, there's no way to help educate you if I lose my temper. Please understand what your country was founded upon, which is individual sovereignty, individual rights! These are not FREE goodies, free gimmicks, these are life and death struggles that spur strength and ingenuity, but also contain a share of failure and pain.

Socialism eats itself from the inside out by virtue of tiring and wearing out the taxed to where they say I'm not going to do it anymore.

  • @anyusmoon1 And when I say I'm finished and not going to participate anymore, as I have said to healthcare, and the gov puts a provision in the bill stating 'all who chose not to participate will be charged with a crime, fined 250 thousand dollars and or 5 years jail time' is the their answer!!!! WHAT IS THAT?

Welcome 2 ur worst nightmare. You, 4 the bill, turning ur neighbor (against the bill) in for a reward! STINKING DISGUSTING TRAITOROUS MALFEASANCE. sorry there i go, getting mad again.

  • That's why this debate has become so irrational. People like you throwing words around like "SOCIALISM!" as if that is some kind of rational argument.

Fact is our system right now is based on quantity of care not quality, this bill attempts to fix that. Another problem is the unfair practices of insurance companies, again, this attemps to fix that. You're misinformed if you think these issues are some how about taking away your freedoms.

  • @kubush WHAT PART OF 250,000 fine for those who don't 'volunteer', or 5 years imprisonment, don't you GET?

What part of NATIONAL I.D. with verichip incl all your medical/financial data on it don't you get?

What part of rationed care don't you get?

What part of taking from one and giving to another as immoral don't you get?

I say NO! and now what? you turn me in and have me arrested for not going along? This is what it will all boil down to.

    I'm MISINFORMED? THINKAGAIN

  • @kubush have you ever read the bill?

  • Yes, have you?

  • @kubush still reading it. having trouble understanding it. JUSt wondering if you fully understand it as well.

  • It's amazing how much fear some people display when assaulted with lies. This person really does care but she is standing guard for people who don't give a hoot for what happens to her. I'll bet that if she became seriously ill and was rejected by the insurance companies for something she paid for she would see it all very differently. I mean where do they get this Orwellian phobia from. Where else but the people that she trust so much yet rejects so much. Government officials on the FAR right.

  • @playfyte How can ire rise? Well, simple- it's no one 'above' me telling me to get worked up, its real live participation in the FREE MARKET where i do something of value, get paid and buy the things i need to survive and demand my PRIVACY ie no i won't give you a number to get a service my money ought be sufficient in obtaining. No, mr. gov, i won't read your brochure to understand law, the LAW ITSELF IS CLEAR. What is unclear is your BROCHURE contradicting law!

I'm a real life soldier plyfyte.

  • What you refuse to realise is that the free market has been highjacked by large corporations that stifle competition and a corporate mindset that "ONLY" cares abut profit and "NOTHING" else. Do you think that the current economic problems were caused solely by the people who took out mortgages and loans that they could not pay? By your reasoning if a person isn't wealthy enough to afford adequate health insurance then who cares if their spouse or child dies? Who cares? Not you. Don't reply.

  • @playfyte duh, the free market has been hijacked and you obviously know it but appear to be regurgitating here for others to read and become confused.

Your suggesting the current economic problems can be solved by more plunder, steeling freedom and privacy are the answer is deplorable.

THERE IS HEALTH CARE FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT PAY IT:S CALLED MEDICAID. AND IT'S CALLED CHARITY (obviously something YOU know nothing about- thus want gov to steal from everyone else to assuage your own guilt.)

  • "Look at the kulaks farms : their barns and sheds are crammed with grain. And yet they are holding onto this grain because they are demanding three times the price offered by the government." Stalin

He convinced poor people and others that the free market was bad.

In my opinion you can say the same thing about food as you can about Health Insurance.

  • @CHardi1099 Speaking of food and health insurance... has it occurred to these socialists that 'oh' 'to stay healthy I have to eat- FEED ME!' Waa waaa waaaa! That's what you're going to see next and it will have FDR bread lines written all over it and justified accordingly.

  • CHardi, this is mostly in reply to the comment you made to me about the free market. I agree completely. But We are talking about human behaviour and it's penchant for being "GREEDY". Left to their own devices many of the people in the market today would absolutely abuse their ability to manipulate conditions and prices to rake in "unreasonable" profits at the expense of a public that is being prevented by regulations from having a comfortable lifestyle while they run rampant in the "MARKET".

  • @playfyte Truly laughable. As if gov (u presume 2b wise, benevolent & neutral 2 corruption in its walls) can or does stop, thru regs, GREED!

Gov CREATES greed! Instead of free-markets, light of day, competition & consumer inertia NATURALLY developing & trimming back production, it reworks the transaction/relationship between itself & huge corp aka FASCISM, giving the illusion of oversight, regulation, control.

Fascism is what we've had for 90 yrs not free markets, howz that work'n out for ya?

  • @kubush If the goal of this bill is to fix that, then why isn't it structured in a way that might fix that?

This bill is about taking away freedoms because that is the only way government can do anything. When you force people to do things they don't want to do, you have taken away their freedom to make that choice as they see fit.

  • Yeah and I don't want to be forced to pay through my tax dollars for those that are uninsured when they end up in the ER. The bill is protecting me as a taxpayer from that.

So why do the uninsured get to have more "freedom" than me?
