@ShiningLunae You've probably found out but to all the other people who recognise this; this is called ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). There are videos out there specifically designed to trigger these responses. You should really check some of them out, it's an awesome and and amazing fenomenon if you're sensitive for them.

this really helped me to relax. I lay down on my bed and just close my eyes and listen to this video and it did help me to calm down and relax more and more each time i listen to it.

I was a skeptic at first, but I just gave this video a genuine shot and I was really amazed. It really did the trick. The part when you were talking very quickly about the subconscious and conscious mind back and forth was awesome. It sent a tingle across my spine that went throughout my body for about 5 seconds. I was really surprised this worked to be honest.. Great stuff.
