Sounds like Lou. is really bike friendly. Having ridden on the streets for 35 years I will say it's getting better but it still sucks. There is still a great need for education for both bikers and drivers. Probably more than half do not know the laws. The govt. and the media could remedy this if they wanted to. Maybe the bikers haven't reached the "100th monkey" point yet.
