@Dmelanogaster001 No this is not true in HEV, in the endothelium elsewhere in the body it is the other way round where the ligand (sys-lewis) is present on the TC whilst P&L selectin are expressed on the endothelium. In the HEV however the Selectin (L) is on the TC and the ligand is on the endothelium.
this video is wrong, P & L-selectin are produce by the HEV and the sulfanate sys-lewis is in the T cell

The L selectin is produced by leucocyte.
The enothelium produces P selesctin and E selectin NOT L selectin.
