It looks like in some of these shots the "rainbow" actually has an arch that visibly ends in the ground. While this is the way rainbows are commonly depicted in cartoons, I find it bothersome.
I read a long time ago that rainbows are actually large circles in the sky, and they only appear as arches because their lower halves disappear behind the horizon. I don't know if that's actually true, but if it is, it lends credence to the idea that these rainbows were artificially created.
I remember reading about the HAARP towers being built in northern Alaska back in the early eighties - science periodicals carried some interesting information and raised questions about the wisdom of humans playing around with the earth's magnetic field. The CBC carried a fairly in depth report about the secrecy surrounding the experiments. If its real, we are SO screwed.

HAARP is very real. I see vibrating artificial wave clouds. I see the rainbow spots in chemtrail haze. HOWEVER - These are just normal rainbows. Sorry, but they are.
The "Chembow's" as some like to call them are caused by the heavy metal particles in the chemtrail spray which create diffraction. Those are fake rainbows, and they are horrible, ugly things. But, those rainbows or "double rainbows" in this video are a natural phenomenon. Sorry.
