Did the narrator have a lobotomy? That was unlistenable... Also, as another commenter noted, there is no need to fill the sponge side of the cartridge with ink because the sponge will absorb the ink once the holding tank has been filled.

does it matter what model of canon printer you have? i got a pixma mp970. god injet sucks!

Nope... shouldn't matter which type of printer you have. so long as your printer uses the PGI5BK cartridge...

what i don't get is why the hell do we need to puncture the sponje part and soak it when it could absorbe the ink from the ink tank?
