im pretty sure these types of deaths occur when the bodies internal temperature exceeds a certain level, which causes all sorts of problems including rare cases where it increases enzyme production and they rapidly burn due to the high body temperature, the incinerating enzymes can spark tissue and organs thus burning the person from the inside out .... i remember one of my high school teachers explaining something of this sort to me

That statement in itself makes no sense. What exactly is the burning temperature of apartments? An apartment is made of many things: cement, wood, steel...each of these have different burning temps. To assume that apartment as a whole is faulty. On top of that, there are stuff in the apartment that ignites at a lower temp than tissues in your body. For example, bone burns at around 900 celsius while wood ignites at around 200.
