JJ pointed out that the plaintiff has minor boundary issues, however, she was right to award damages because these people were wrong to 1. not talk to him about it, 2. not follow proper eviction steps, 3. lie about the property the plaintiff had, 4. changing the locks on the door.
The plaintiff posed no threat to the family.
The separated father is clearly someone with anger management issues. Calling the plaintiff "garbage", for example.

Being verbally abused at a young age can hurt the children's mindset of school and hurt them mentally. My little brother was being verbally abuse by a teacher all the time since my brother has ADHD. We put a recorder in one of his pockets. We report it and they removed his teaching credentials. Now my brother is afraid of school.
@MilaBanilla There are always exceptions. There are teachers that "cross the line," but raising the voice and commanding respect in a classroom is an absolute must. If a teacher does not establish him/herself as the boss of the room then the kids will walk all over them. Raising your voice to a child does not harm them in any way unless the child has emotional and/or psychological problems, but even in such a case discipline is even more important.

Well, unfortunately JJ paid this man for making women feel unconfortable... If I had a daughter and a guy dared even to touch her, I would have reacted the same way: a nice kick in the behind and then all things out. Unfortunately defending your kids from people who make them feel uncomfortable is not quite a la mode these days. It just amazes me that the plaintiff even asked to be compensated for being so stupid!

JJ pointed out that the plaintiff has minor boundary issues, however, she was right to award damages because these people were wrong to 1. not talk to him about it, 2. not follow proper eviction steps, 3. lie about the property the plaintiff had, 4. changing the locks on the door.
The plaintiff posed no threat to the family.
The separated father is clearly someone with anger management issues. Calling the plaintiff "garbage", for example.

@fiegenfiegen Even without proof? Kids lie all the time, especially nowadays when reporting on someone (neighbor, parent, teacher, etc...) is done for revenge. You read about it all the time - babysitters and parents falsely accused simply because they told the kid to stop playing video games and go to bed; teachers falsely accused simply for correcting a child in class or raising their voice. It's so bad because of the belief of entitlement and empowerment being abused.

@TheTubePortal There is a limit for teacher to yell at their students. There have been teachers who verbally abuse the children. Being verbally abused at a young age can hurt the children's mindset of school and hurt them mentally. My little brother was being verbally abuse by a teacher all the time since my brother has ADHD. We put a recorder in one of his pockets. We report it and they removed his teaching credentials. Now my brother is afraid of school.

@MilaBanilla There are always exceptions. There are teachers that "cross the line," but raising the voice and commanding respect in a classroom is an absolute must. If a teacher does not establish him/herself as the boss of the room then the kids will walk all over them. Raising your voice to a child does not harm them in any way unless the child has emotional and/or psychological problems, but even in such a case discipline is even more important.

@Goddessofmydestiny it's not always that easy for some women, it can make you embarrassed and if you have low self-esteem you may think it's in your mind, and it'll be even more embarrassing if you say it out loud, incase it's not true. It's kinda like sexual harrassment at work..

Some men like to do this - sometimes it's innocent and sometimes not. There's a guy where I work who does the same thing and he was almost fired because one of the female employees didn't take too kindly to his kissing and putting his arm around her. You just don't that, period! No one has a right to touch someone else without their consent. I never had a problem saying "hey, back off", but some woman take it further. Come on, the guy knows better at his age.
