  • I have 2 ceramic kitchen knives and have dropped the small one once onto a vinyl floor, the end 1cm of the blade broke off. It is still usable and after about 2 years of light daily use it is still sharp. The only thing is that it is not razor sharp as when I 1st got it and I have no idea how to sharpen it. Also the instructions that came with it said you can not cut bone or frozen meat with it either or it will blunt.

  • It looks good with its titanium handles and its ceramic blade but ... is it worth having it as long as you can use it only for cutting soft stuff - vegetables/fruits/paper - ??

As an EDC a hardened steel blade - CM-154 /VG-10/S30V - are more recommendable as they can be resharpen much easier and they are less probable to have chips ...

  • really nice ceramic blade.
