This show is even more outrageous than Gordon Ramsay's. I mean seriously, how can you condemn and criticize cooking in a CONTEST. A contest by nature is an event with tight conditions. Its completely inappropriate. I question the health behind the minds of these so called judges. They get so personal and carried away with how judge the cooks. Its stupid. Anyway, gourmet food is food for vaniy's sake. I prefer real food.

Fabio has the best accent! And it's great with Italian cooking because simple ingredients can make a dish amazing. Simple, yet elegant, and delicious. I kind of wish they went into more how to create that delicious looking risotto.

Yes, he was one of my favorite contestants - He has a good sense of humor and the heavy accent made everything he said more entertaining. He got sick of one of the other contestants always cooking scallops and he said, "It's called Top Chef - not Top Scallops".
