Fat is the primary fuel, 24/7. It doesn't matter when you do your cardio! You'll still burn fat in the presence of oxygen anytime! These guys need to read up on some shit and learn about the 3 Energy Systems of the body!
I will give this a try for a full of month, i've been doing hard cardio hours when I wakeup. I will start at least at my first hour of waking up and eat right after my exercise. And I will let you know in the end of the month how it whent for me. Thank you

hey guys love the vids, in my experience I had someone explain to me that doing cardio after a workout is the best for losing weight as your body has used up all your short term energy and by doing so you burn more fat when doing cardio, im no scientist by all means but makes sense to me.
Cardio will make you from a big pear to a small pear...if your goal is to just get "smaller" then cool....but you can't build muscle size while doing excessive cardio cause it will just strip muscle of your body.

Of course they take around 2 grams of protein per body weight.

These black hillbilly twins are just giving an opinion. Doing 1.5-3.0 miles running on an empty stomach is kind of stupid. You will burn out much quicker this way as your body isn't hydrated.
There is NO difference in weight loss at any time of the day. But doing it in the morning gets your blood pumping and makes you feel good for the day ahead :)

A study has been done and a group of people who ran 3,000 constantly on average lost 11lbs of fat, and 2.5lbs of muscle in their lower body, upper body muscles remained the same. This makes sense because you're over train you lose muscle.
So running a couple of miles a week or so will do nothing to you're muscular system.

@mrmee1229 bag work will burn and build muscle in its own way. it will build up the lats nicely but will burn from other areas. i would personally go into cardio with lots of calories in my system if i were you. hitting a bag is tiring wether your punching light or hard, the heart rate goes up. i used to do muay thai and i started buring lots of muscle just from kicking the bag. i went in with at least +1000 calories remember you lose fat as the day goes on becuase your metabolism is boosted

Agreed totally! I do fasted morning cardio every morning and it's the best time to lose fat as your body predominantly looks for carbs as a source of preferred fuel, but there isn't any after so many hrs of sleep. so it's forced to turn to fat !!

Sometimes I do cardio on an empty stomach but when I do it I am hungry all the day out and it means that I eat more. But thats from my experience.
So I often do my cardio postworkout :)
