Come on, even when he is holding the device into the camera (i.e. when the device is hardly moving) the speed is jumping around between 0.1 and 0.4 knots. Besides, no GPS device in the world, not even the ones who use the doppler-effect, could detect such minor movements.
Even though the guy is standing still, his "Velocitec" GPS device shows a boatspeed between 0.1 and 0.4 knots.
0.1 knots means 202,5 yards (185,2 meter) per hour.
0.4 knots means 810 yards (740,8 meter) per hour.
For a sailor, this is a lot.
---> This thing is inaccurate - a total FAIL.
(1 knot = 1 nautical mile per hour = 1852 meter per hour = 2025 yards per hour)

While he is standing still, he is gesturing with the device the entire time. 0.4 knots is 8 inches per second, he is doing that easy.
