@Zoye123456789 adding a flare helps, instead of cutting them rectangular cut them like a trapazoid. measure around your ankle about 2 1/2 to 3 times...that length will be the bottom. it gives a more flared out look and completely cover whatever shoes you decide to wear which i prefer :) Nice fluffies tho regardless.
If you wanted to make them more flared, just cut the ends longer in an anglular position like this --> \ on each and then sew. It will give it that flare look :)
Hey everyone so Ive pretty much done my fluzzy leg warmer homework and the price of buying the materials and the labor are just about the same as going here!

Hmm, you're usually supposed to cut the fabric into more of a trapezoid so that the leg warmers end up wider at the bottom and smaller at the top. Good tutorial though :D
DEAD GIRL DANCING FLUFFIES IS OUTRAGEOUS! The best right now US made.. trust me..the others look like dead hair... the fur of dead girl dancing is insanely SOFT!!! and UV reactive. Look for it on face book "DEAD GIRL DANCING" for more info
omg this is wonderful! i used to put string in my to tie on the inside to tighten, but the elastic looks great. thank you for posting this! i will try soon
@TNRLovesToDance Im In maine, We have Jo Annes fabric its awesome there, They Have everything, Or Michels, I am Not sure if you have Michels but I am Sure every-ware has a Jo annes.
you could either get some elastic (like that in the waistband of sweatpants) or you could get some stretchy fabric and sew some on the top so the stretch fabric hold onto the part of your leg right above the fluffy
@anelymper it depends where, what type and where you get it.but a meter of teddy fur is usually 15 euros. and elastic is about 2 euros. wich is alot cheeper than buying online :)
would this work if you wanted them to cover your boots?
