I would say it is a basic pun used to build a more complex set of intertwined theories within the song. Specifically a pun that RNA is a type of acid but not the standard Lysergic Acid Diethylamide used to 'trip' and that all of the confusion and 'fun' within the song is based on that "Ribonucleic Acid freak out!". Or that the RNA provided a natural 'trip' resulting in said theories.

If you Google these two together you will see a bunch of pages come up about a rare mineral called pyrochlore. Pyrochlore contains these two elements and is radioactive. It only needs to be in strings of eight if you're planning on entering it into a computer. Also, the eleventh place in the binary numbering system represents 1024. I don't see how your number could equal 1141 with a one in the 30th place.
