At the end of the video they replay in slo-mo and you can see the guy's feet are out of position under him, and slipping out .
You also see his left knee got twisted around the wrong way...

Nah - Sakaizawa (the guy who got knocked out) fought the next day, but withdrew from the basho (tournament) the day after that, missing the last 7 days. I think that was because he hurt his knee in the fall, though, not directly because of the knockout.
