@shaytay007 steffwiz is pwncenter now. just add pwncenter to your sources and you should be able to find "all sources". but be aware that not all the sources work. i think it's better to add your favorite sources manually i.e. add one by one.

AFTER HOURS ??? ATTETION MY VIEWERS. I did my own research and it took me five minutes to figure out softjailbreak is a tethered jailbreak for MC models. This jailbreak is no good just wait for an update of limera1n it is comming. Use 4.1 for now it's just fine. I know people who are still happy with 3.1.2 on their iphone and ipod touch. Please if you leave any comments make them a little more informative or i will have to delete post sorry.

Thats a bit different of a method and youtube wont let me post a link for some reason. The best thing to do is search Delete old cydia sources in youtube and something should come up. Hope this helps a bit.

Right now I am fighting with one thing:

I installed springboard but it keeps crashing.....It doesnt even start up, not even if I reboot....it says that it is in "safe mode"

What could cause this?

When your in safe mode go to cydia and uninstall the program that is giving you problems Then reeboot device.

Hope this helps (Not everything is compatible with ios 4.1 yet.)

I'm not sure i never had a 2g i actually waited years to buy an ipod touch untill it was sort of worth it. When i pod touch 3g 32gb came out i started my hacking adventure and bought one. I now own iphone 4 and am very pleased with it. I use my 3g for games and music only now. I Phone 4 rocks and so does limera1n lol.

Not sure i have iphone 4 and everything works great so far. All of my old apps from this ipod touch in the video work fine on my 4.1 firmware. Have you reebooted yet if not try that.

@jayx0007 Well if u have an MC model, ur iphone/ itouch will be tethered, so that sucks. Tethered jailbreak means that if ur itouch runs out of battery, u will have 2 plug it into iTunes.

Wrong Limera1n works great and is not tethered. Limera1n works with ipod touch's 3G 32gb and up. The ipod touch 3g is really a 2g. You can still jailbreak ipod touch 2g with greenpoison now I tested it and it works great on ios 4.1 and is untethered so don't worry about need a pc around if you turn off your device.

Ya i did it yesterday with the ipod in this video 3g 32gb mc model.

Limera1n is great and the new 4.1 seems to run nice and smooth.

Today i'm back up to 500 apps plus lol it took me 7hrs to reinstall all my

apps and only 8 did not work on the new os.

There are certin things from cydia you can't install together just remember what you install and if it goes into safe mode uninstall the last cydia app/mod you put on while in safe mode then reboot you device. Thats it other then that your good to go after reboot. It's happened to me i just unistall and mve on to the next app/mod.

cool i just did iphone 4 with firmware 4.0.2 today with bluera1n. This jailbreak is a little tuff to get but works just like blackra1n or spirit except you need to patch itunes for this one. For rookie jailbreakers just wait for limera1n it should be out soon and you won't have to patch itunes.
