  • Got it down and didn't break it looks like successful procedure to me. Well done.

  • I agree with Flyboy ! This person is just not doing enough of a deccellaration. He needs to arrest more of that forward motion. You should be able to touch down with almost no forward motion. Several times he almost bangs the tail boom - a huge no no.

  • Initiating the flare a bit higher and earlier would have allowed that precious bit of extra time to actually slow the aircraft a bit more prior to touchdown and made for a much smoother and precise maneuver. I would never recommend touching down on the aft portion of the skids and then level the aircraft after ground contact had been made. Sorry, it is just not a good example of the quality of most rotary wing flight training or airmanship, but this does show you what NOT TO DO!!!!

  • man that is the worst flying iv ever seen,you had at least one tail rotor strike!!!

  • normally you have to level before touchdown :D many tail strikes
