yo it much easier all you need to do is click your channel name up in the top right corner and go down to settings and press that then it will come up with the crap icon and next to it it says change click on that and it will go into your pictures and click on your picture you want and then click on open button and you have got your new YouTube picture and your typing made me go to sleep and when i woke up i wrote this ha ha
