Funny how Adventists believe in Ellen White, a mentally sick delusional woman with a 3rd grade education, but REJECT Pope Benedict XVI, a University educated man with multiple Doctorates (look up "Biography of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI" Vatican Website via Google), who is fluent in 7 languages, who can play the piano like Mozart, who has more Knowledge and Wisdom in his little finger than Ellen White ever had in her entire deluded life! WHY IS THAT?

Well, I do believe Ellen White is a true prophet and she comes from GOD. She clearly states in one of her books that she has no authority over what she says, but God himself. And, yes, she uses Bible texts to back up what she says.... I think you are mistaken, because nowhere in her writings will you find hypocrisy, or apostasy. If you have no proof, please don't criticize. Have you read your BIBLE? Have you read, even an attempt to read The Great Controversy? NO? Then please..... :/

@awesomenanie Of course I have read the Bible! And yes some Chapters of The Great Controversy. She may be right in some parts but she is definitely wrong in others. The Seal of GOD is not the Sabbath, the Pope is not the Anti-Christ, etc, etc. The question is: Is Ellen White an Infallible Authority? If yes, then listen to her. If no, then why should anyone listen to her? Pope Benedict XVI teaches with INFALLIBLE DIVINE AUTHORITY. Show me any errors in his teachings if you can.

OK! let's analyze the sabbath. it indeed is the Seal Of God!

what are the parts of a seal: the name, the authority, the territory it occupies. Exodus 20: 8-11 Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. etc etc..

The Name: for GOD

The authority also known as the function: CREATED (he is CREATOR)

The Territory: the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that in them is (the creation)

In the 4th commandment alone, you should find the seal of God!

and Ezekiel 20:20, Revelation 7: 6,7

@awesomenanie The Sabbath is the seal of the Old Covenant, NOT the New Covenant. The Seal of the NEW Covenant is the Holy Spirit. See Ephesians 1:13 and Ephesians 4:30. There is a good YouTube video I want you to watch. It's called: "Dale Ratzlaff: Does the Sabbath continue in the New Covenant?" Please watch it and tell me what you think.

No Sirree, the Sabbath cannot be the seal of the Old Covenant, because the 10 commandments, including the 4th is also found in the New Testament. I'll give you some texts.

>> Heb.4:4- this text just talks about the seventh day which would be the sabbath, which brings you back to exodus. Even Jesus kept the sabbath, how can you say the Sabbath was abolished in the New Testament?

And the death of Jesus Christ is a perfect example of the Sabbath. I'll tell you how if you ask.

@awesomenanie Don't Seventh Day Adventists teach the Sabbath is the SEAL of GOD? Well it's definitely NOT the Seal of the New Covenant (and I can prove that from the Bible) so it must be the Seal of the Old Covenant. The Sabbath ended on the CROSS so of course Jesus had to keep it until then! Show me where it says Christians must keep the Old Testament Sabbath? Show me where Sabbath-breaking is listed amongst New Testament Christian Sins? (I am assuming you know your Bible).

Seal of God and Seal of (new or old) covenant are two completely different things. It is [the Sabbath ]simply the Seal Of God, because I never said it was the seal of any covenant. Covenant- a promise God made. The sabbath is not a promise, it is simply a commandment we must keep. That's why God said "Remember" the Sabbath day. And, yes, I do know my Bible, and thank you.

@awesomenanie A Covenant is an Agreement between two parties. The Sabbath IS a Covenant. The Bible tells you the Sabbath IS a Covenant. See Exodus 31:16, Isaiah 56:6. Break the Sabbath and you break GOD's Covenant. See Exodus 31:14.

@awesomenanie If you keep the Sabbath, why don't you keep the other Old Testament Laws also? What about Passover? What about the Feast of Trumpets? What about the Feast of Tabernacles? Why don't you observe those also? You know there is more than One Sabbath, don't you? Read Leviticus Chapter 23.

I keep the 10 commandents. And that's why I said, it was the over when Jesus said it is done. The Sabbath has nothing to do with all the other Covenant stuff that you're talking about. The sabbath is part of the 10 commandments, which is why I keep it. And no, there is not more than one sabbath.

@awesomenanie Well if you read Leviticus Chapter 23, it shows you there is MORE than One Sabbath. The Hebrew Feast Days are also called SABBATHS. If your going to keep the Old Testament Laws then you need to keep those also!

@awesomenanie What do you mean the Sabbath has got nothing to do with the OLD Covenant? That doesn't make any sense! The Sabbath was given "within" the Old Covenant at the time of Moses at Mt Sinai. It certainly was NOT given in the New Covenant at the Last Supper, so let's not kid ourselves about this, OK? The Sabbath is part of the Old Covenant and was given at the same time as all the other Laws and Regulations of the Old Covenant were given.

Let's go to Daniel chapter 9. Im not going to talk about because you can read it yourself.. Do you know anything about the 2600 day prophecy? I don't have any time or space to talk about it now, but we can find a to talk about it somewhere else, if you would like... And I don't think you should criticize Ellen White. Notice, I didn't criticize the Pope you claim to believe in. And just a side note, please don't judge through intellectual intelligence, rather spiritual intelligence.

@awesomenanie OK Daniel Chapter 9 is talking about the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. That He will be cut-off (killed), that the Gospel will then go to the Gentiles, and after that great evil will arise which will persecute the Saints, create Wars and destroy the earth. (Thank you for being respectful to my Church and my Pope. You are the first Adventist who has ever done this). What is the 2600 day Prophecy?

I will not be so straightforward and tell you that it talks about the Pope or anyone asssociated with them, but I can explain to you the 2600 day prophecy. But once again, I do not have enough space,we will need to do this in private or else, it would take 5 full comments or more to cover it.
