Hi, i'm begginer too, but i have a few advices for you:

1) your right hand should be much streight

2) left hand: you should use others fingers too :)

3) the accordion is wrong situated on your leg, it should stand on your leg and should be stable

I'm sorry for my english :) The rest (playing) is absolutely good - in my opinion :)
