@alphamone Mine did that at first too, it was really weird, but it suddenly stopped doing it around the time I managed to get this recording.. I think its something weird like, you can't move during the cutscene bits or something :s I'm not 100% sure though..

I think anyone that makes fun of Easy Mode on games 10 through 12 are assholes. Like seriously, those games can't be declared easy at all. Easy Mode=Hard on ANY Touhou game, but Easy Mode on the last few games is like RAGE MODE HARD. I can't finish Subterranean Animism on Easy Mode without continues, but yet I'm on EX scenes on Double Spoiler...

@CrashCrazE13 10-12 I can only do on easy mode too, the other ones I can play on normal..to an extent ^^;; I've done SA on easy mode a few times now without using any continues, but I still can't play normal without getting my ass kicked. I can't play StB or DS, I just really suck at those, so you're better than I am at least XD

Well thanks, but on SA, I still use continues even on Easy (maybe 1 continue, because of Orin usually). I just hope stages 4-6 of the newest game are easier than UFO!

Like when I play the game, the entire screen is fine EXCEPT the bottom half of the screen where you usually play.

I get kinda far using only the top half, but its a giant pain. :/ Do you know what could be wrong?

i had that broblem on my old computer. it works perfectly on 2 newer computers so i quess if you are running on older computer it wont work

@Mik1Fe Actually my computer got infected with a trojan and when we got it back, the first thing I did was try out Touhou and it miraculously worked. It's not even a new computer, it's weird. Thanks anyway though.

Seriously, I just managed to get to her last spell card today. It doesn't seem that hard besides her pulling you in. I actually have more trouble with the two spell cards before that since YOU CAN'T SEE THE FREAKIN BULLETS! Seriously, the little blue ones hide in the giant red things during Mega Flare. Gets me every time.

Also, try using Yukari. It pretty much makes the game really easy so long as you can dodge. It's that powerful.

@shunkwugga Yeah, I find her last card really easy now, I think the first time it caught me off guard. Ahh yeah, Heaven and Hell Meltdown, I find that really easy, maybe because I can actually see the bullets, I love that spellcard, its my fav.

Thanks for the tip, I did try using Yukari but that didn't seem to work out too well for me when I first played as her, Suika's ability to pull items in is helpful for me, as I try too hard to get all the items, Thankies though, I shall try her again~

Yeah, it is hard, but this particular one is really hard on easy mode, the earlier games arn't this hard on easy mode, i'll pm you the link, and if you want to try out any of the older games, then simply ask me in a pm, and I shall find those for you too, I can pretty much garuntee I can find you any official touhou game too, the majority of them have english patches too, so if you have an untranslated game, then i'll try to find the translation patch for you too~

Same case here, can't finish SA on normal D': (I feel there's kinda a big difference from easy to normal).

But if there's something I hate more than failing more than once in a row, is getting an extra life just to loose it secs later (like a noob Dx).

How odo you make the power up blocks draw towards you?

It can only be done with Reimu, partnered with Suika. No other combinations have this ability, and it can be done by letting go of everything, aka, stop moving, and stop shooting momentarily :3 Then all items will be drawn to you, no matter where they are on screen~ hope this helped

Yes, I can, a question first, will this be your first time playing Touhou? If so, I will send you a past game, so it will not be as difficult as this particular game is. I can provide you with the link, but the forums where the links are held is currently down, and I think they are changing servers, and I am unsure when it will be up again.

12 is my first. Because it has such a high difficulty I got 7 (no trouble findind that one >_>) and can sometimes get to stage 3 1cc on lunatic. I can get to stage 6 of 12 but one of the boss's spell cards obliterates me. So its not my first time.

Yep, i'd say its about the equivilant of Normal mode, this has the hardest easy mode of all the touhou games, if you have this and ever unlock extra, beware of a glitch, if you play easy mode again on this version of Touhou, it will lock extra mode again

nope worse no patching happening at all due to missing .dat file(plays fine but no translation). didn't want to search for a torrent but ... the installer from the official site installs the game without the dat file that the patcher requires to patch it

Not many people care about Touhou gameplay videos at all. The actual fanbase only consist of around 10 percent of people who actual play the games frequently. The rest are either dedicated to certain characters like myself (even though I play the games) or the music of the games.
