@AKut1710 its a mega-bungie chord. it's 3 bungies braided into one. and the current of the river stretches the chord until the rider lets it pull him and stand up

This spot is known as The Gutter in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho. It is a fish ladder beside an inflatable dam where kayakers, riverboarders and boogie boarders surf several of the four drops over about 100 yards.
