He fights that well, although it is not good with the negative bend of lower back. But that´s usual on this difficult and rather special sit up variation. He´s not as agile in his back as the little devil Tomasz on Luca198720. A masterly piece for instruction!
that's simply not true. Doing muscle-growth exercises quickly promotes faster reflexes, doing them slowly is better for routines that are long and monotonous (think rowing). But for simple muscle growth, faster is better, as doing them slowly is more work and less mentally rewarding in the long run.

ther barley sit ups m8, try doing them slower they strain you more and that meens more muscle ^_^ so take your time more =)

No Dude, your supposed to do them slowly. if you do them too fast like your doing it hurts your body like badly.
