On one hand it's good to see Luke being independent and not just doing what his family tells him to. On the other hand, I think he's making a mistake. He used to be passionate about writing and school and just because he screwed up with the election, doesn't mean he has to lose that indefinitely. It makes more sense to do what people his age do and be with friends than take Damian's job offer. Also, I might be biased, but I think Damian may have an ulterior motive... hmmm.
If Luke went back to school there would be no drama except maybe just Noah possibly cheating on him but then we'll see depressed, drunken Luke and I'm tired of him. The writers did a good job coming up with Damian's lines in this piece. So well said and timed, and very relateable unlike the usual soap opera hub bub.

Did Noah ask Luke his opinion last year when he decided alone to enlist into the army ? No, he didn't. Luke has the right to take his own decision without Noah or anyone else babysitting him at every step of his life. Besides, Noah wasn't there : he spent all his day and night helping his teacher and his friend with some obscur project. Luke didn't have to call Noah to ask him what decision he should take when he already knows what he wants to do.
Is luke being slightly hypocritical? or is this Irony? Luke felt that it was wrong going back to school by taking the spot from someone who worked hard and deserved it (because his family was pulling strings to get him back in). But isn't he doing the same thing by taking a job away from someone who worked hard & deserved it (because his dad is the boss & just giving him the job)? But like Damian said thats just how it is sometimes I guess..& I can't get too mad cause I'd take the job too hehe

On one hand it's good to see Luke being independent and not just doing what his family tells him to. On the other hand, I think he's making a mistake. He used to be passionate about writing and school and just because he screwed up with the election, doesn't mean he has to lose that indefinitely. It makes more sense to do what people his age do and be with friends than take Damian's job offer. Also, I might be biased, but I think Damian may have an ulterior motive... hmmm.

If Luke went back to school there would be no drama except maybe just Noah possibly cheating on him but then we'll see depressed, drunken Luke and I'm tired of him. I was just thinking that if Luke went back to school the writers would be in trouble writing an exciting story around him.With Damian he has a chance to "beat around the bush".:-)I personally cannot wait to see him in the business with daddy D.:-)

Take the job Luke. Noah can travel with too and see the world. This way the boys will be away from every distraction that keeps them from being like every other couple on ATWT. Besides, school is over rated. YOu can make good money without a college degree.

Also, Luke doesn't know how to balance out his choices dose he? He might as well take a few business classes so he'll have some preparation for Grimauldi Shipping Co. and learn that some things said should be said to your family in private rather than in front of the Dean of Education.

Did Noah ask Luke his opinion last year when he decided alone to enlist into the army ? No, he didn't. Luke has the right to take his own decision without Noah or anyone else babysitting him at every step of his life. Besides, Noah wasn't there : he spent all his day and night helping his teacher and his friend with some obscur project. Luke didn't have to call Noah to ask him what decision he should take when he already knows what he wants to do.

Is luke being slightly hypocritical? or is this Irony? Luke felt that it was wrong going back to school by taking the spot from someone who worked hard and deserved it (because his family was pulling strings to get him back in). But isn't he doing the same thing by taking a job away from someone who worked hard & deserved it (because his dad is the boss & just giving him the job)? But like Damian said thats just how it is sometimes I guess..& I can't get too mad cause I'd take the job too hehe
