@NinjaWarriorDude its a double ankle lock (or calf crush depending on where the pressure is applied) You feed one leg over the top of the other & then underhook the bottom one...hurts like hell!!!!

Usually a knee bar is illegal for white belts but I think the take down is legal

This is the best explained video about scisors take down. It's in russian and I speak spanish, but you know, body language is universal. I tried this technique time ago an partner resulted with an injury, but with this demonstration we can practice this move more safely.Five stars.

Also the second foot lock he uses at 1:15 is very painful ;) great!, but I don't know what is it's name, can someone tell me?

we refer to that as a "figure of 8" or an "over under" lock. If it's got an official name I'd be interested too!

That leglock is called Ankle Lace or Cross Ankle Lock. The use of this takedown, Kani Basami, as it's called in Judo, is forbidden in both Judo and BJJ. All leglocks are also forbidden in Judo, but BJJ allows most of them (except the Heel Hook) at higher levels (Brown and Black belts, I think). Hope this helps.
