@RIFLES2J He isnt using ReFX Nexus? Could be that or ReFX Vanguard... Anyway, almost all preset packs have some sounds like this. There are a lot of Sytrus presets, or some freeware like Synth1, it isnt required that you know how to use it, just find some nice presets. There are a lot.
