  • hey man, good luck. A few tips you might want to look into

    drink plenty of water.

    no late night eating.

    and portion control.

    Just dont be discouraged and stick with it. Dont use the scale every day. Weigh yourself every two weeks. Sometimes when we first start to work out...we use muscles we havnt used in a while...so sometimes we put on a few pounds before we can loose some.

    stick with dude....good luck.
