Thanks for the video response. good playing but remember Carlos Santana's way of sustaining notes. Most people new to playing rock guitar make the mistake of playing continually. A lot of feeling comes over with sustain and taking a break from playing the lead. Sounds like your desperate to blank out the covering track.
