I AM TRULEY ONE OF FANTASIA FANS. I HAVE BEEN SINCE I FIRST SAW HER ON AMERICAN IDOL. I LOVE THE WAY SHE DELIVERS A SONG. THIS WAS A SONG FROM THE BROADWAY VERSION ( THE COLOR PURPLE). I KNOW SHE IS A HIP HOP ARTIST, BUT SHE DOESN'T GET TO SHOW HER TRUE TALENT SINGING THOSE KIND OF SONGS. VERY FEW WORDS TO SING. SO SHE FINDS HER SELF HAVING TO AD LIB ALOT WHEN SINGING THEM. @misypooh why do people insist on comparing Hudson & Fantasia... I love both of them... but I think they both have their own style.. and both performances were at wayyyyy too different environments.... Fantasia in Idol performance wasn't as elegant as hudson was in her... bcuz they were in complete different "scenarios" or "concepts"... but I Agree--->they both are AWESOME!!!
