A stunt double was driving dangerously wearing wig so in the video it would look like it was actually Lena when it wasn't. They took shots of the real lena in a car, that wasn't moving, pretening she was driving so it looks in the video that she was driving dngerously fast. They're not really gonna risk Lena getting hurt, the car could crash.
