every blocked ex greenhand could've been s.HP>HPshoryu>dash cancel>ultra (if you had the meter) and every blocked normal green hand reversal with HP shoryu. Bad Ryu just jumping in at gief like that, and i'm wonder why the gief didn't anti-air with lariat?
He's just been 'Giefed. Damn, I am scared of Zangief. Although I do agree with darkhadou06 as I too would play a defensive game versus Gief. The jump-ins were just asking for an SPDing.
That Ryu player made some silly ass moves in that match. Constantly jumping in against Gief is just waiting to be blocked and SPDed. His zonal game was non-existent. He should have used hadoukens to keep Gief away. Another thing, instead of sweeping everytime he should have attempted combos like low mk to hurricane kick or ex hurricane for more damage, low mk to shoryu or even low mk to shoryu then cancel to shinku-hadou. So many possibilities!
