Well, the circuits in your room could be going bad, as if a loose wire or something. And maybe the circuit breaker that's in the basement that connects to your room is also going bad, causing the electricity in your room to go haywire. My room did the same thing when I had plugged an air condiitoner and a fan in. So, yeah, call an electrician before something bad, like an electrical fire, happens. That is my adivce to you.

I suggest you unplug everything you´re not using. Even if an appliance is not in use, as long as it´s plugged in, it consumes electricity that contributes to power shortages. you should just leave the following connected when recording: TV, Video game console, and PC.

It's probably a loose wire cause i had this problem too so try to check all switches and recepticals to make sure all the wires are secure. On most houses today you can insert your stripped wire into the back of receptical. It's probably a power loss problem.
