no sound? every stereo since 1970 has fade, balance and bass/treble, does it work? does it actually do hands free? does it have an internal or external mic? cant seem to find much info...

I just ordered one of these...hope it sounds as good as it looks. Very good selling price on eBay BTW, about 60 bucks including shipping!!
