The shows, both Geordie and Jersey, give negative stereotypes to the regions in particular (being from Jersey, I know this), and the actors are paid exorbitant amounts just for being idiots. If people in England are guidos, great, have fun with that; I only pity the fact that these people are going to be richer than someone with an education.
