  • giggity.

  • nice music! you are really good!!! i wish i could do it... :)

  • beautiful move

  • A skripper ballerina... that's cool.

  • @Me5Ts: you're a fucking idiot.

  • oooo that makes me so mad when somebody says it's only bad if you are a stripper. I just graduated Emory univ at 65,000 a yr and you don't pay for that washing dishing in the student union!! SNOBS

  • That was beautiful! You are really talented. And such strength!

  • i want to do this XD but my parents wouldn't like the idea ... it looks so much fun!!!

  • I know that people say pole dancing is bad, (my entire family does) but i think it only is when your a stripper and youvd

  • LOL pole dancing looks fun :D xD

  • very good+) please as the name of that song??? thank you if you write ;)

  • @Polercisetenerife , how long did it take you to learn moves like that?:)+ you're very good!!!

  • @MysterioussChikk Thanks, This was a few years ago now.. but ive been dancing on and off for 10 years now. but teaching for 5. x

  • I dont see this as slutty or trashy like pole dancing is stereotyped to be like, I see this as gymnastics, sheer strength and talent!! Keep going girl!! :D

  • good moves, but havnt polished any of them yet.. need more grace

  • when you caterpilla climb you really need to push yourself out and away from the pole; which means your hands need to be closer t your chin than your stomache and try not to move your knees. That way, when you come to aysha your not close to the pole

  • Do you teach this in tenarife??

  • Do you teach this in tenarife??

  • nossa perfeitaaaaaa

  • wow! really good:) can u tell me the name of the second 2?

  • MOST white women can't dance thats why they do pole tricks.Other then that good job on performance.5 stars

  • i did an inverted crucifix in a club when i was drunk. lmao. almost gave myself concussion. so instead of being a dick im going to get lessons so i dont break my neck :)

    awsome video!

  • @xXPiiNKBEBEXx Robert Miles - Children

  • I agree with KoraBlue... You got moves! But you look akward and it doesn't look like you are using the music. I think it would look better with transition moves. You did a pretty good job on the tricks though!

  • it looks more athletic than sexy ._.

  • @KoraBlue which is the whole meaning, right? ;) it is after all FITNESS poledancing, not a stripclub.... (fortunately) Normal people can do this, too :)

  • @Ellielife

    i guess :DD

  • @KoraBlue :D

  • wow i love some it im gonna have to go try it now!

  • NICE!!!!!!

  • it hink u would be great at the sheet acrobatics i dont kno the real name jsut were there high up and like a long sheet fromt he cealing

  • What's the name of this song?..

    Btw,very nice..:)!!

  • Lovely work on the pole and I like your boots

  • any tips for the handspring? I cannot seem to get it!! Also, sweet mount @2:24!!

  • I think this girl has no ear for musik....

  • MISS U STEF AND UR CLASS ;( THIS IS AMAZING X

  • good tricks, but maybe less time learning tricks and more time perfecting the ones already learnt. Not one was done smoothly or with grace. Made me stress watching it!

  • @kellie0008 Yeah I noticed a few mistakes with the moves myself ;) Good otherwise though :)

  • I have a serious question...dancing with more clothes (like leggins+gymnastic suit), would it hinder the movements? I mean because skin has a different friction on the pole than cotton fabric has. Would it be too slippery/not possible with gym clothes or is it possible? Thank you =)

  • @oceanprinzess hey hun, it would be absoloutely impossible unless you wore a high motile pvc cat suit your skin when warm but not sweaty becomes very tacky and thats what you need to stick, pvc has a very similar affect hence alot of pvc bots being used in videos. Some moves ie spins and handsprings you can do fully clothed as you only need your hands to grip but when you need to climb are 'stick' upside down then you need the skin out. i hope that helps... >.< i used to wonder that b4 i started

  • I have just started pole dancing and although I have the strength I am lacking in flexibility, would you say yoga or pilates would be better - or I would be happy to take any suggestion?

    Thank you.

  • whoa that's some gravity defying moves there. much respect!! i'd probably just fall and break my neck lol

  • you have worked a lot with your pole but definitely you need to strech and take some ballet or any dance class to excel

  • Most of these moves are now considered intermediate. Only a few years ago, they were advanced. It goes to show how fast pole is progressing, and how much more is expected from an advanced dancer!

  • Yo, i`m a guy and i wanna install one of those poles in my room...for exercise.

  • @Ometopada ...and i aint gay or one of those dudes.

  • @misscompton215

Im 22 and wanting to go for my adult entertainers license, but not for the reason you may think. yes i like being a tease but thats just part of who i am... i want to be able to move with the strength and grace that she does. it was beautiful and makes me feel a bit better about myself knowing that we can be almost ethereal in our moves.

  • I am curious at starting lessons: How many lessons needed to get to this level of expertise? Thanks!

  • @sexystrippabitch excuse me how bloody rude. open your eyes is she humping a pole? NO. grow up nyou pathetic sex obsessed freak yeaahhh... mug

  • Do you use chalk or and other product on your hands? I'm doing a lot of inverts at the moment but transitioning into spins is proving very slippery. Thanks!

  • @grassseemsgreenergir my question exactly. i got so desperate tht i went to wal mart and got foot sweat stuff cuz i didnt know wat else wld wrk!!!

  • not she's not the way she pole dances it look like an art

  • Erotic BITCH!

  • Some of the other commenters nailed it. Your tricks are fantastic, and you've obviously worked very, very hard! I also pole dance (as a sport, in a studio), but I strip, too (in a nude club). I will say, what makes the dance, in either situation, is fluidity and rhythm. Maybe try slowing down a little bit & adding a larger variety of transitions? I'd rather watch half the tricks with twice the impact than a rapid succession of tricks. I love your strength and certainly appreciate the difficulty!

  • @ Misspaigeleigh. I bought my own pole and DVDs to teach myself and after nearly a year I'm not doing too bad teaching myself. Plus I dramatically improved my flexibility with stretches. Depends on how much work you're willing to put into it.

  • i love this, im only 13 bur i think its a great way to exercise..

im not ver flexable though "/

do you think i could learn my self to pole dance or is it something you need to be taught? please reply :)! xxx

  • whats the name of da song?

  • very nice....but what song is this...?

  • actualy pole danceing is an art for curcus ppl cuse they do moves like this but not with a pole and it takes a lot of musles to do this.

  • My suggestion is to watch some Felix Cane (world pole dancing champion and best pole dancer I have EVER seen) to watch how she flows between her moves. You have the strength, but you need to get the fluidity working too.

    Good luck :)

  • Awesome! and by the way, THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting the title to the song because I have been trying to figure it out for years and years...

  • You are certainly strong, but I think you should work on blending your moves together. Try to match your movement to the music, move slowly and gracefully with control. It will really polish your entire performance.

  • wow you must be so strong, the amount of control you have! :D im jealous!!

  • so beautiful .....i want 2 learn pole dancig so much ..i mean i will :)

  • does it take years to learn that????

  • ur good at that! i wanna learn :P btw i love the song playing in the background!!

  • omg how strong do u have 2 be!! :O

  • You are quite strong and have mastered many advanced tricks and holds. You need to work on your movement and grace. There is nothing interesting about watching awkward trick after awkward trick.

  • exelentes movimientos, solo que la niña carece de oido musical, o ese ritmo no es el adecuado, esta muy bueno el video, sirve bastante a las principiantes, se ve claro cada tomada de manos o piernas, bye! xoxo..

  • Boooooo

  • Wow, you are so good!

  • so beautiful i love it

  • Does it take a long time to build up your upper body strength for this, or is it easier than it seems?

  • how long did it take you to be this great At it??

  • haha this is so cool how long id it take for you to be able to do this and are there classes and stuff like this everywhere? like in states and towns?

  • nice dance, nice poledancer and I love your dirty soles , thank you

  • wow stunning

  • holy crap.... that was amazing... u must have a lot of muscles

  • wow.... doesnt it hurt?????

  • @blackmorgan Lol, not really, it does a but at first, but you soon get used to it. xx

  • @Polercisetenerife its damn hard when u first try doing it. i'm super flexible from all my years of ballet, but i'm learning to use muscles i didnt even know i had.

  • Nice routine.

  • Amazing!! You are really talented:)

  • what song is that one ?? and btw ur very talented =))

  • what.

  • yo kiero ir a uno X3

  • I like that she describes what she does as artistic! I love pole dancing for the athleticism. I think most of the moves in this video were rather basic. The most advanced moves that I saw were the handspring, archer and the iguana mount. I thought overall the routine is sloppy and needs work. I think it is a good start and that she does fairly well, but this video should not be labeled advanced.

  • wooooo ... that was amazing ,

    well done!!

  • I can't wait until I can do moves like that!

  • i wish i had a teacher like u :)

  • i wish i had a teacher like you :)

  • it looks like fun

  • this is so artistic! I love it! I wanna learn now:)

  • that was beautful. i hope you dont mind but i am going to steal some of thouse move with some modifcations of course.

  • @natasxeslived :) not a problem, glad u liked it. xx

  • I like this. Im trying to learn somethings that I have yet to try.

  • amazing and beautiful!

  • more than an "underStatemenT" to suggest that these are "advanced" moves"

as only many months of persistance would produce something comparable if at all....... obviously it doesn't hurt 2 dream more than a litte as many will have to accept

  • static is basic, static is when it stays still...spinning poles are the opposite. You can make some poles static or spinning, its better and harder to learn on a static pole because it gives you more knowledge of how to work it yourself instead of depending on the spin to help you move

  • Love it

  • Apparently there are tons of teenagers on here trying to make this sexual. It is not at all. It is a beautiful dance. Strippers have just given a stereotype to a pole, and if that's all you can think of when you watch this video... grow up.

  • @euterpealuveaux

thats a load of bull its otherr people who give it a sterootype not strippers it takes skill and training to dance like this professionaly it has originated fron lap dancing clubs and strippers as people call them deserve the credit as performers not slappers

  • @euterpealuveaux I feel like you shouldn't generalize it to "teenagers." I am a teenager and have been practicing pole for fitness for years. I understand it is an easy word to use to describe closed-minded individuals, but I hope you can realize that not all of us are that bad! :]

  • @lhart4ever I don't think people think you're that bad, honey. It's the way men perceive you when you do adult things, such as performing a form of dance that was designed to be sexual, that matters.

  • @koyukionna I said I was a teenager, not that I wasn't an adult. But even if I wasn't an adult, it would still not matter that I practice pole for FITNESS. It may have been designed to be sexual, but it has evolved to be many different things - and for me, it's a form of exercise. And it definitely does not matter to me the way "men" perceive me. I do not dance for men. I exercise, for myself.

  • @lhart4ever If you do it in your own home, fine. But a lot of children and teens who practice pole "fitness" do it in public or around others, and are at the risk of being perceived as sexual beings -- which imo is highly inappropriate for someone who is not yet an adult.

  • @koyukionna I don't think that's necessarily true, but to each her own. I have personally never seen a child or teen practice pole fitness in public, and those who practice pole fitness around others are generally perceived as strong, flexible, confident people, not sexual beings. At least, those who are mature and open-minded enough to see past the stereotype will see the difficulty in the sport, and for us in the world of pole fitness, those people are the only ones that matter.

  • @lhart4ever I understand your point of view, and I wish I could agree, but it's the ones who aren't mature enough that I'm worried about. You can't possibly expect everyone to be the mature, or that how the rest perceive it doesn't matter.

I've seen an 11 year old do pole fitness in public.

  • @koyukionna I understand what you mean. I just make it a habit to not worry about the perceptions of those who don't understand :P

  • @lhart4ever When it involves adults sexualising children it does matter, and it is something you should "worry" about.

  • @euterpealuveaux Just stating facts here, but strippers don't give a stereotype to the pole.. pole-dancing was -designed- to be sensual and erotic since it began in history, and the pole is a phallic symbol. If you don't believe me, go look up the roots of pole-dancing, how it started, and how it's been used for years.

It's only -now- being done for fitness. Doesn't mean it's suddenly appropriate for young girls or teens to perform without being exposed to its roots, or seen as being sexual.

  • @euterpealuveaux hopefully my mom will think like u do, when i ask her if i can go to pole dancing classes... cause it's really not what people think it is :P

  • @euterpealuveaux i know, when i get older im getting a pole in my house, its good exercise, its not like im going ot be strippping and crap like people think

  • @euterpealuveaux You immediately blame the fact that there are people trying to make it sexual on teenagers and you dare speak of stereotypes?!!

    That.. is a bit ironic:P

No but seriously- I agree, it doesn't have to be sexual at all. Pole dancing can be a beautiful dance as you say, not to mention it's a lot of fun and a great workout!!:D

  • shes not tryna get everyone hard you retards... shes just tryna show us what it possible to do! geez..... i agree A+!

  • I remember in 5th grade my friends and i would always spin around the poles during recess like around 2:36 and try spin for as long as possible and there was nothing sexual about it it was just really fun and pretty.

  • That was very beautiful, I have never seen anyone do that with such artistry and strength.

  • what is the name of that song?

  • the song is called "children" from robert miles

  • you're very good! A++++++

  • Wow this is a really good video !! i love it i tried it but i couldnt do most of it !!!

  • hi, where did you learn to do this? i tried watching a few of those pole dancing fitness videos but i just couldn't get it.

  • Thanks, Most is self taught! Watching you tube and lots and lots of practice! :) x

  • OK.......MUITO BOM !!!!

  • well i dunno it it was their same idea or it travelled but the chinese people took it on and it was used in circus performances, to train they used to cover the pole in wax n e way from the circus it travelled into gentlemens clubs and now some pole groups out there r trying to get it into the olympics and to be recognised as a sport....its gettin there....correct me if im wrong please xxx no offence to n e 1

  • i aint sayin thats gentlemens clubz r bad iv worked in one for 6 yrs, ova ere in england we r trying to promote it as a sport aswell. it originates from india, its called mallakamb xcuse spelling, and it was the warriors that used it first for training, it wasnt a pole it was a suspended chain with a bamboo stick then a chain down to the ground, then it just got made to a bamboo pole,

  • Pole dancing is such a hard sport to learn, it takes so much time and effort to get good. I love everything about it, especially it's sexiness, although for me personally, its a sport - but I dont think it should be seen as acceptable one way and not the other (ie, in a strip club). Women work so hard to get good enough to be recognised and if men are stupid enough to pay to see women take their clothes off then I dont see why they shouldn't fleece them for everything they're worth!

  • shes perfect exactly what we are fighting for, there is a huge difference between workin in a gentlemens club and pole x ercise and fitness, you have to be careful not to be too sexy coz its against what we r up for, its harder not to be sexy xxx

  • whats with all u girls that seem to accept "pole dancing" as an excercise, but other than that...ie, in a "club" it's not acceptable???!!! pole dancing comes from the clubs whether u like to admitt it or not! u think u can spin around the pole with ur legs spread and ur toes pointed and thats not sexy? or arche your back?the whole idea is sexy. if u wanna make it fitness thats fine, cause it is a good work out no doubt, but dont make it sound like its cool to do it for fitness but not in a club!

  • @sexystrippabitch i can agree but i can also relate , i was a dancer for 9 years, now i do it for fitness, and i am sick to death of the "fitness" side looking down their noses at where it came from . beauty comes from all aspects of life, and the pole dance did originate in a strip bar. nuff said LOL !

  • Comment removed

  • @sexystrippabitch

Actually, pole dancing comes from pole aerobics which comes from India if I'm not wrong? From there a lot more practices started coming up with the pole. But, I do know what you mean, though, pole dancing is sexy if you make it sexy and because of the perception most people have of it... linking it to dance clubs and all but, it doesn't necesarily all come down to sexiness. I still believe it's what you make of it. And, not all strippers are pole dancers and viceversa ;)

  • @sexystrippabitch

    You are a slut.

  • I think its talent even when they work at a club, its still takes talent, I dont think the girls that work at clubs are slutty, they just are making money with there body, now unless they do other things as in sexual stuff thats differnt but pole dancing is great when the female knows how to do it, some girls at clubs dont even use the pole.. like tijuana when they just walk back and forth lol.

  • your rude shes obviously not a exotic dancer. she does it for fitness!

  • im not rude... but i mean a dancer, any kind of dancer, not just exotic has a lot more projection, sex appeal and attitude. which she has NONE of... thats all.. and im sure she teaches ths or something, and she just doesnt sell it. im actually a dance and fitness instructor thats why i see these things a little clearer, maybe. and its OBVIOUS shes not an exotic dancer. i said that in my first comment.

  • A REAL dance instructor wouldn't make assanine comments to this young lady the way you have. A REAL instructor would encourage and uplift her for sharing & giving her best. Why do people always have to criticize? I'm sure you didn't start out like Jenyne Butterfly or Jamilla Deville! Obviously, dancing in the club, a stripper or performer isn't how she chooses to make her money. She is not on here to sell SEX and she is a beautiful work in progress.

  • And further, if her future she chooses to stick to pole fitness or be a performer in a club or circus for that matter, it's her journey to take. We need to start accepting pole dancing for what it is -- ART no matter how you choose to share it. As you say she would starve as a REAL pole dancer...how would you like it if she said: YOU would likely starve trying to get REAL job miss dance and fitness instructor! As your being an instructor, I feel sorry for your students.

  • hahahaha. ok. so its ok for you to get on my ass about criticizing someone, but its NOT ok for me to do so? haha this is a tricky one ...

i have the same right to express myself about the video as you to express yourself about my comment. its fine, i dont agree with you but im not gonna question your motives.. besides if you put your video up you must expect people to say something about it. if you arent willing to out up with that, then simply dont upload... have an excellent evening.

  • My apologies. But, there's a difference between criticize & critique. Instructors should not criticize, but critique & provide constructive criticism. More so we should point out the positives in a student's efforts. As the leader you say you are in the fitness community, one would think u would choose your comments more wisely & perhaps in a softer tone to a student . Do you kind of understand where I'm coming from? I'm sorry for offending you. I, too could have chose my words more wisely.

  • If not, it's cool. I just hate 2 see any1 get discouraged because of other's negative judgment & ignorance. Just because one may post a vid 2 SHARE, doesn't mean we should anticipate criticism. Some post to share and inspire others who may not be at our level (wherever that may be). Some post to encourage and solicit constructive feedback not crude judgment and/or criticism. There r some cruel ppl on here, just expected more from an instructor is all. Sorry if u feel I was out of line. PEACE

  • Ok.... thank you ladies for your comments, but this section is for Comments, not full blown discussions. lol. xxx

  • @mssonji1969 .

I really think you are great. keep going and forward. Analú

  • Since I've been at college i haven't been able to pole dance since I no longer have a dance studio that offers pole dancing lessons conveniently located up the street. Your skill is amazing. I hope I can get back on the pole soon and some day be at that level. It's such a fulfilling activity and I love it!!!

  • wow...................thats sum fo real body strenght lol..i wish i cld do that.....i can but i dont hav a pole but ive tried it before....iam 13

  • hey sould some one tell me what the song is ???

  • Great song. I am very new to poles, I'll be getting an x pole soon. I have a question, for you (or anyone else who reads this, shoot me a message if you want) do most dancers consider a spinning pole to be not as artistic? I've heard girls call it cheating lol. Yes fo spins I think it's more impressive to use static, but for poses, i think spinning looks cool.

  • It depends what sort of moves you are doing. Some moves can be easier on a spinning pole, whilst others are harder. Most comps these days have both available for variety. I would suggest learning the basics on a static pole then moving to spinning. The x-pole has both options. xxx

  • is there any such thing as going from pole to pole ? as in jumping from one pole to the other

  • yeah my boyfriend does chinese pole they jump and catch with their shoulders but ive yet to see fellow strippers do it

  • yes working among fantastic pole dancers spinning is much less efoort which can be said to less talent

  • not really. I do spinning pole and sometimes it is more challenging. You need a stronger grip so the force of the spin doesnt knock you off the pole. But I also believe it is good to learn basics on a static pole. I have both options and some tricks are kind of impossible for me on static :P

  • whats the diff between static and basic?

  • i mean to learn basic moves :) Its better to start on static because you can get used to the feel of the pole and such. I had to learn on spinning because i worked at a club but I have both poles at home

  • @ThePolePixie

im a dancer full tym and compete but i def prefer a static pole better if ur doing it to work out as its harder to do spin gives u a big put n does the hard work for you

  • The song is Children by Robert Miles :)

  • the song makes me so sad

  • why?

  • Because it has such a sad melody and it reminds me of a person I lost.

  • that is very nice! Much talent

  • does anyone know what this song is called?

  • robert miles - children ;)

  • hiya, what poles are you using here? are they fixed? I'm trying to set up a business teaching pole dancing, at the moment i just teach from home with my one X Pole. Want to buy about 8 more poles to teach in gyms/dance studios etc but X poles are just so expensive! any ideas?

  • I've never seen pole dancing look so pretty and graceful. WOW

  • I agree, don't like the song, but the skill is great! I'm on my way!

  • THE SONG MAKES THE VIDEO SOOOOO BORING

  • This is beautiful. :]

  • good strong moves...about fluidity yes she appears to need that a little but I also from experience know that it is much harder to transition on a stationary pole as apposed to a spinning pole. if she did thes moves on a spinning pole I can almost guarantee they would be more fluid. Good job

  • i thought this was great. really strong moves. i've noticed a lot of comments about fluidity, but i think you did great. i'm terrible at that side of pole dancing and i'm spending time working on that now. but it doesnt come naturally to me at all. but i think with confidence your transititions will look even better.
