Hehe...actually Sean explained why to Monica when he finally broke off things with her. It's the scene in the linen closet where Sean tells an unbelieving Monica that he hasn't slept with Tiffany yet. He wanted to make sure things were really over with Monica first.

@sonyab1974 wasn't there a storyline around this era where Tiffany wanted to test Sean's affections so she hired a stalker to come after her so Sean could save the day but then the tables were turned and tiffany really was in danger? Somebody told me that happened.
