Did you just take a listen to the first couple of seconds or something? Look at the top comment. No "super quick lines" in those moments. Also, Dance of Eternity has over 100 time signature changes and around 30 - 50 key changes fit in a 6 minute period, don't act like DT isn't complex. A lot of Zappa's more complicated stuff sounds like shit (take his symphonies for example) and he has done generic stuff like "why does it hurt when I pee" too.

@Fluffypopcicle I think DT is very skilled at playing Their brand of music and their old Drummer was one of the best I have ever heard however I am one of those musicians that pays very close attention to Note choice , and DT simply never wrote anything remotely interesting.Its probably not fair of me because they are just a rock band but their fans put them on a technical pedestal which is silly, they are laughable compared to good jazz musicians..these guys do basic minor scales ..thats it

Wow, I knew who they are within seconds. I've never heard of them in LTE. At first I thought that it was DT until I saw Levin. I've seen him with King Crimson and several jazz concerts. This is a great find. I've seen DT only once as an opening act to YES. Looking foward to seeing them again as a headliner..
