In a televised interview in March 2003 she told her story and basically said that its never too late for justice to be done. Since then she has settled out of court with him (received money, pay off, whatever) and she is now saying that she wants it to be over. That must have been part of the deal. However, justice should be for the rich as well as the poor.

All should be treated with equality by the law. This Rape was crime against the people of California. It is not the place of the victim to give more than testimony. They do not judge, nor deal out justice. It is not their role. No, I do not see how any special exceptions apply to this case.
He had his day in court. He made his plea, and now the court will give its sentence, according to the laws of the State of California. All is as good as it may be.

No, I'm saying that she looked about 18-years-old according to the arresting officer who arrested Polanski, two witnesses, and the hospital staff that examined her immediately after the alleged rape.

Rape is illegal. What she goes through I can't even imagine, it must be horrible to have to endure being reminded of your rape every day, and having people judge you and judge what happened when they weren't there.

The gentleman was convicted of raping a child, had a nice cushy plea aggrement, he would have done 90 days, 48 of which he had already served in psyciatric observation. So instead of serving his 32 day jail term and moving on he fled the country. Sounds Kind of stupid to me.
