  • i didn't know this one, and it sounds beyond this world! This is disco, it's new wave, it's is dance, it's voque, it's r&b, it's amazing!

  • Oh YEAH!!!! always The Shamen....sentiments are universal!!!! (or lets say The Shamen)

  • Happy memories - open up the stargate let everybody enter - these lyrics gave me cosmic visions once upon a time. I like the sentiment of universal love and acceptance between all peoples and nations.

  • Proof that they produced better material after Hempton Manor.

  • @achtpriorideaI972: Hmm I would stop with "Arbor Bona Arbor Mala", if you don't mind :-)

  • Granted, there is a slow track on Hempton Manor that reminds me of when I lost my beloved first dog. Truly string pulling melancholy. The drum patterns on the jungle tracks are also interesting. However if truth be told, I think CGA & Mr.C didn't serve up the more complex backgrounds that are evident on Uv. Maybe this was because they had fallen out with their record company & "anything" that was palatable would suffice. Then again I might be a middle class twat who prefers FOPI, Poison Girls...

  • @achtpriorideaI972: I fully understand your feelings. We always make deep and important associations to songs, especially considered Hempton Manor, if I recall correctly, it's full of instrumentals.

I prefer the sound of early Shamen, anyway, but I like Boss Drum.

Lyrics are not always so brilliant anyway ("LSI" is somewhat embarassing :P)

  • Thanks for this!

Can you also upload Destination Eschaton and Transamazonia in decent sound quality?
