i did just part 2 summer 09 and it didnt take long at all 4 me 2 c results. i did her part 2 workout 1x a day. i saw a difference and so did otheirs. for betta results i would do em 2x a day part 1 and part 2. both vids left me sweating.. its fast dont worry.

I found part two first (because this one is blocked) so I used to do only part two, but now that I've discovered this one, I always do the full workout. I agree that part two burns more, but in my opinion the last exercise in this set is the worst, or best, depending on how you look at it, in terms of the burn :)

This actually works! My ass is looking smoother :D. But you have to be persistant and not self-condescendant (like missing repetitions or raising legs up half of your capacity).
This is good training, but he continues too curtly, fut burning start after 25 minutes, this training contines only 15 minutes, you must work minimum 30 minutes... if you do this training 2 times in a row, it's period!!!

Cellulite has nothing to do with fat. It's simply the result of lack of oxygen and excess of carbon dioxide in your skin, caused by lack of exercise and the excessive consume of food with carbon dioxide (artificially sparkly drinks -like coke-, fried food and basically all junk food). You may lose weight, but unfortunately this bad cellulite won't go away if you don't exercise and eat properly (with lots of vegetables, fruits and water included).

I have a small bottom, small hips, and a small waist. I am very petite, but my problem area is my breasts. I got sick and gained a lot of weight, much around the breasts, and when I lost the weight, they stayed at a C-cup, which is larger for my body type. I'm looking to be an A-cup again.

It's always great to exercise, but I think with the fatty foods so widely available nowadays, you will always be haunted by cellulite...no matter what size you are.
Well what about if I eat some chocolate or something..will that pretty much ruin anything Im trying to do...especially get rid of the cellulite on my thighs
I dont eat fried foods or fast foods...I do eat pretty healthy...but wondering if chocolate would hinder these exercises...I eat at least something chocolate once a day
You could limit chocolate only for the period you melt cellulite. Once you reached your goals you can eat chocolate. At the beginning try to eat it not every day and gradually lower the quantity.
Many people on a diets are recommended to eat chocolate with a cocoa mass of 70% or more. Keep it refrigerated and when you crave choc, break of a few squares and eat them slowly. Darker the chocolate the better because it has less sugar content than milk chocolate which will help reduce sugar cravings, and you'll reap more benefits of the cocoa solids (e.g antioxidant properties).
This is my 4th day working out to your videos. They are amazing. My legs have grown sore, which is a good thing...its starting to burn and feel so good..and I can notice a little more muscle gain...but I am eating only around 500 calories a day...will this help in losing the cellulite and weight...
Hi, I'm glad you feel my exercises :) In my opinion 500 calories per day is too low. My recommendation is to eat 1200 calories per day - mainly lean meat and salads.

After one month, I still do the exercises and except that I lost a great part of my cellulite and got tighter legs &butt :P, I also lost some weight!

what vids do you do everyday? I'm a beginner of two children and an over night job. i am trying to figure out which vids will be better to follow. I'm 50 lbs over weight. my goal is to lose it all by January 1st of next year. thanks for the vids. were you ever over weight how long did it take you to lose. thanx again!

I have a small bottom, small hips, and a small waist. I am very petite, but my problem area is my breasts. I got sick and gained a lot of weight, much around the breasts, and when I lost the weight, they stayed at a C-cup, which is larger for my body type. I'm looking to be an A-cup again.
Do you know any exercises for making breasts smaller, but keeping them lifted? I've heard of such things.

I dunno. I just get annoyed. I'm actually a size zero (seriously...) but still a c-cup (STILL! Actually.. I think they got a bit bigger..) so I worry I'm going to wind up with the porn star look :/

2-5 times a week. It is good never stop doing this :) I mean that you need exercises your whole life :)

It's always great to exercise, but I think with the fatty foods so widely available nowadays, you will always be haunted by cellulite...no matter what size you are.

Well what about if I eat some chocolate or something..will that pretty much ruin anything Im trying to do...especially get rid of the cellulite on my thighs

I dont eat fried foods or fast foods...I do eat pretty healthy...but wondering if chocolate would hinder these exercises...I eat at least something chocolate once a day

You could limit chocolate only for the period you melt cellulite. Once you reached your goals you can eat chocolate. At the beginning try to eat it not every day and gradually lower the quantity.

Many people on a diets are recommended to eat chocolate with a cocoa mass of 70% or more. Keep it refrigerated and when you crave choc, break of a few squares and eat them slowly. Darker the chocolate the better because it has less sugar content than milk chocolate which will help reduce sugar cravings, and you'll reap more benefits of the cocoa solids (e.g antioxidant properties).

This is my 4th day working out to your videos. They are amazing. My legs have grown sore, which is a good thing...its starting to burn and feel so good..and I can notice a little more muscle gain...but I am eating only around 500 calories a day...will this help in losing the cellulite and weight...

Hi, I'm glad you feel my exercises :) In my opinion 500 calories per day is too low. My recommendation is to eat 1200 calories per day - mainly lean meat and salads.
