  • Masha Allah, how can anyone dislike this?

  • Mashallah he did good! Oh and about the music topic, from my knowledge (and correct me if I'm wrong) there is halal and haram music. Music that incites one to do sinful acts such as sex, drugs, steal, kill, are haram. And during the Prophets time their was music that he made permissible.

  • @marcelcol69

Not all muslim scolars agree on that. Some say all music is haram some say music that contain sexual materials is haram.

So take your pick. And if you believe in the first one, then he has left you a warning in the description. From my point of view he did his part.

  • @snowc3ed

no of course he did his part, but it left me curious to why he left the beats in the first place.

I just thought the idea of those who try to follow the quran and sunnah to the fullest without bidah, shirk and kufr. were those who are most likely against music

what scholars say only music with sexual material is haram? Ive never heard of that one,is this from modern western scholars?

Im not trying to start a debate, Im curious b/c I thought the ruling was simpler than it is

  • @marcelcol69 The issue of ma'azif is not a simple one indeed. Ibn Hazm disagreed with the majority of scholars based on the strength of the evidence used. unlike others, he didnt merely explain the evidences, but he went further to weigh them.

  • @dawahworks

    Assalaamu Alaykum akhi

Which video did you go over this event with Ubn Hazm?

Would you say beats as long its accompanied by islamic lyrics or w.o lyrics at all are not haram? Or would you say music made by a kaffir can also be permissible to listen to?

I think I heard from a Shi'a quoting our hadith saying thaT if people played drums at their homes every night for 40 days would then be cursed, correct if theyre actually shi'a sources b/c it is unreliable

  • @marcelcol69 I did not produce a Video on Ibn Hazm. Just google "Ibn Hazm music" & read about it. Then we can discuss further.

  • mashallah he stands out amongst the rest

may allah make him a string mujahid for islam inshallah
