  • Is that a 20 LB? or 20 KG? I was confused on what you meant on your video description because it says 20KB

  • Good workout but not tabata.

    The point of tabata is do the same full body exercise for all 8 rounds to progressivly fatigue the same body parts - so swings, thrusters, sprints, are good. If done correct even fit people should struggle to finish the 4 minutes!

  • 20kg. I've been practicing with it for a while. I'm at the point now where I need a heavier one for strength routines, but it still works GREAT for cardio.
