cuts... being a son of a doctor in Tulsa,Oklahoma, i can assure you the 27% cut on income for specialized medicine is causing these experienced doctors not only turmoil from increased work (electronic records causing doctors to spend more time in between, at night, and in the morning before work on archiving records and spending less time with family at a lesser income) but it is forcing them to put their money elsewhere and retire from medicine altogether. I see it firsthand
