Well, it sounds a lot like some death metal. It really depends on what death metal you've heard... for example; there's cannibal corpse (impolite uncivilized dismemberment death metal), which is completely separate from Death's style, which incorporates more melody and ambience to their sound (more or less). Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath reminds me a bit of Swedish Death Metal, like Nihilist or Entombed.
