The sound definetly came out great, and your playing is also excellent, but the combination of switching camera views frequently and and the computer screen in the background does make it seem like you didn't play the whole song through once, that this is instead a combination of half a dozen takes all pieced together to look like one continuous performance. You could try releasing one of the camera views with the raw audio as an addendum to this video.

@natedogg5266 to give emphasis to notes played on the g string :) the string removed is just a higher octave g (or whatever the note is in this tuning - i think it's open c) doesn't make a major difference, i think it's mainly just down to comfort and preference.
