@coachfermin Thanks man! It's funny because I was doing 'insanity' to prepare for it as well. I wish I did more muscle workouts though since I was sore all over the next day. It did help with cardio for sure though.
@DrkPhoenixSaga That's cool man! Have you finished a round Insanity? You may want to try an Insanity/P90X hybrid program. It's a great combination. Do you plan on doing more endurance races?
@coachfermin I never got to. I'm not much of a workout person but the Dash had me motivated to do it. I got past the month, went to NY for a wedding, came back and did a couple more days before the event and haven't done it again since. I lose motivation easily unfortuntately.
I am considering p90x 2 later this year. I did the first one last year, lost 25lbs and then stopped, gained it back (until Insanity).
@coachfermin I plan on doing something very similar to the Dash in I think March out here. I just can't remember the name. Looking at your page I would guess you and your buddies wil be doing it too. I'll let you know though in case you'd be interested in meeting up raceday
Fantastic! And you did a great job on the filming. At the beginning I was all, I could do that. Then as you progressed, I thought, oh no, so major kudos to you! (and I recognized Meatloaf! I'm so proud of me!)
@Tinneantoo Thanks. I had to remove the obstacle where you go in a pitch dark tent since it would have been pointless to see nothing for a few min. This is the first time I've mixed something so in the future I'll make it more crisp. I'm pretty content with how it went though.
