this is a show like 10 to 15 years ago, back in 199? which it WAS true for what he said, actaully, it's still partially ture now. Please don;t use today's sense or view for this. if you went for the expo in china last year, trash is everywhere; if you had been to some other major event like world cup several years ago or some concert or event in canada, us, england or sydney. it can still consider clean everywhere.

Know what you meant, but 鬼佬 do these things. Generally you will find less offenders in the countries you mentioned above. I wrote that comment so to tell people that not all 鬼佬 are the same. People from rural Germany, Scandinavian countries, Central and Eastern Europe can be stunningly rude and uncivilized.

His part on "Gwai Lo" littering, maybe true in HK, and I agree, I've not seen litter as such around, but it is EXTREMELY common in the UK, I can assure that, though a penalty of £50 exists, who, or what is there to see the act? Police aren't always around and there aren't so many cameras, and thus people do it all the time. It's safe to say there's probably more litter on the ground than in bins.
