@marchgirly08 Agree with you 100%. I was about 10 when I first heard "Leah"- and was hit by a rush of pure adoration that has never left me. Saw him on 3 separate tours, and it was like a religious experience.

Actually , Gen Watson has the most tear jerking appeal in his recording... Marty was my favorite, as a personal friend he was also a great... there woan't be anymore like Marty, Roy, Gene... the list goes on and on and on.....

Thank you so much for this great song by Roy. I just love the way he sings this song. I use to have this record, but lost it many years ago and could never find it again. When I was young I use to go for walks singing this song.

This old song has been a favorite of mine for many years and although it's been recorded by many artists Roy is fabulous here. It's really great to see a picture of him without his shades on which I had never seen before. I assume his wife (first one I assume) is in it with him. I enjoy all the pictures you have on here. Roy had such tragedy in his life and my heart has always grieved for him. Thank you for posting this treasure. - Paula
