I downloaded the ROM, but Dolphin can't read the file. What did I do wrong?

@Banelager ok first if ur running on mozzila then you need to right click the zipped folder and press open containing folder then after it does that find the zipped folder in next window then right click again and press extract all THEN.... try again but when you find the file look for the one wiithout a.....zipper..... on it
